$PCP Yes Warren Buffet very Good News for PCP shareholders

Looks like Warren Buffet is ready to buy PCC for $30B!
Berkshire is sitting on $70B in cash and PCC is 20-30% undervalued at $193.00 per share.
I called this move back in April . WOW. Share price should elevate quickly.
Question now is, Will Mark Donegan CEO sign a five year management agreement along with the purchase?
I cannot imagine Warren not requiring that the CEO stay on as part of the deal.

Watch the institutional investment increase as we get closer to PCP Q4 results being posted. I expect PCP to beat the analyst's forecast and for the stock to jump up PS by the middle of May.
3rd Qtr held back by GE & RR not wanting inventory at their Year end.
4th qtr will recover and bounce up.

I expect the gains to continue as the TIMET acquisition starts to pay dividends. I expect the PCC management style to reduce inventory and improve the working capital while leaning out the organization. The income statement and balance sheet will improve over the next four quarters.

MTD is moving up. Friday Profit taking is slowing the upward momentum. Look for a jump just before the Q4 10Q. The company will rebound from Q3 which is always the toughest quarter for PCP.
Less operating days, holidays and customer's with Y/E focus on reduced inventories held back PCP's shipments in Q3. GE & RR will take the inventory and the sales will beat estimates.

I expect PCC's fourth quarter 10Q to beat the analyst's projections and that the stock will move up to the $270 PS level by May 15th.

PCP is closing in on Q4. Historically, Q3 is their worst performing quarter because there are less mfg operating days than any other quarter. Thanksgiving, Xmas and New Year make production more difficult.
Also , PCP's Q3 is GE's and RR's Q4 and they hold off deliveries to reduce inventories at their year-end.
I expect the Q4 results to beat the analyst's projections and the stock
should get back to $275 by the end of April.
A $28 increase in one month is significant.
