It is time for you to do some DD on the stockmarket. I'm not saying $PBTS will recover, it all depends on the diluting after the RS. Imo the stock is undervalued today so I am a buyer. Added at 0.052 yesterday.

I say a company knows the value of the company at it seem. This company thinks they are way undervalued.

30/1 will bring the PPS to $1.5 where it is trading now. It looks like the company is thinking 0.1 was about the low end. With a RS that will bring the pps to $3. If the CEO was not sure, they would have done a bigger RS like 100/1 or 200/1
