Did I say the CEO has control over the share price?

I say a company knows the value of the company at it seem. This company thinks they are way undervalued.

Cause otherwise, they would have announced a 1/200RS to bring the pps to $10.

The 1/30RS Is imo saying the value is around 0.30 not 0.05
