I am tired, Zink Zinc .
First of all they are out looking for money. They are almost broke. Second; its not the product we are all waiting for. Power from Zink, that works well in the labortory but not in the real world.
So, now that the "Big " announcment has come, where are all the promoters? WHy so quiet? This stock should have doubled today easy. Hmmmmmmmm - all asleep here?
Nothing new here. PWAC is worth something only if they can get it to market before someone else does, regardless of patents! Slower than molassas in cold January.
PAC intends to be the first commercially viable fuel cell company, powering low cost, silent, zero emission fuel cell based products developed with OEM partners for portable, stationary, light mobility, and transportation markets.
This technology replaces batteries and engines with fuel cells that can be quickly recharged by a simple exchange of electrolyte. It is made using low cost materials and conventional manufacturing techniques. Products powered by ZAFC have all the advantages of batteries and engines, without the disadvantages.
Power Air Corp.("PAC") is developing a commercially viable Zinc-Air Fuel Cell ("ZAFC") technology that generates reliable, environmentally sustainable, zero emission energy for portable, stationary, light mobility, and transportation applications.
Wow! Rip Van Winkle comes out of his sleep... NIce to hear from someone. Yup, we all own the "sleeper" which will awaken In Jan 2009 I expect. Patience to us all.
Its nice to se that I am not the only one dumb enough to own this little gem.
THE OLD GUY ( I wasn't old when I bought the first shares. )
Slipped again! Per IR, there is to be no news of preliminary production in November. Just the rollout in (?) January 2009. How can one trust a company that has missed dates by 18 months? No synergy here.
PWAC still maintaining their 'silence is golden" philosophy which is silly and made investors mad. So who are you?

If you know of a better board for PWAC, I am all e-ears. Different views and investigation is good. PWAC is in the home stretch. Let's go!
I have been following PWAC for over 2 years. Good company now but soooooo slow and careful. They should tell some progress news in the next month. The real news will be in November if they meet their deadline (?) of initial beta production with formal announcement of shipments commencing in January 2009 per their own timelines. Patience, I guess. Comment ?????
sps
Bloomberg shows a 4mm short position on this. If we find a bottom and the company comes out with something substantial.... BAM! Shorts will have to cover and there will be a big pop!
HELLO....Hello.....hellooo
Anyone still reading this board....
Product on the market by Octoberish.... mean anything to anyone.
With all the water under the bridge it's something that the price is where it's at. Resistance is holding as of late. A good buying opportunity????

Are investors after recent news already cashing in and leaving?
Almost unbelievable

He's nuts and dumb as a fox! His schtick is making lots of money off the capital investment companies that promote OTCBBs and pinks. His "modus operandi" is always the same low float stocks that he can move to show he is worth the cash they are paying. It's genius and his clients know it. I think he's been probably grossing over $1million a year since he started up the PR company at age 18 in 2003. That's quite a bit of cash for somebody that young. Most all of his pumped stocks fail. He also recommends legit stocks in his blog and email list to make himself credible sounding to his lemming followers. He has a huge following in the middle east where lots of cash is available and because of this he has some momentum sometimes. I could go on and on. I just noticed him last month when he tried to sign up UWNK but I heard uWink rejected his offer. UWNK will rise on their own accord.
The emails are all templated key words over and over again. It's 7th grade english at best. One liner double space is what he recommends in one of his interviews. The DD that he gets fed which he includes is probably cut and pasted and maybe re-arranged by him to sound like he wrote it.
Ive never received more spam about a stock in my life!!! This Lebed guy is nuts. He sends me 10 messages a day about this stock now!!!
Funny thing about the Rubenstein Press Release and subsequent Lebed.com email/pump, Rubenstein happens to be a client of mine. My company handles all of his technology from printing and scanning to document management. Rubenstein is DEFINITELY a powerhouse PR group. There will no DOUBT be a lot of exposure about this stock. The stock seems poised for a bottom bounce as well. But i have to do more DD on it before i jump in here. Just hiring a Powerhouse PR group like Rubenstein basically tells me PUMP PUMP and more PUMP. I want to see PROFITS, PROFITS, AND MORE PROFITS.
FROM LEBED: soon, thanks to Richard Rubenstein, the whole world is going to be talking about PWAC!!! I am telling you about it before his campaign begins.
I believe we are learning about PWAC at the ground-floor. PWAC is my #1 alternative energy play for the year 2007!!! Take a look at who Richard Rubenstein's clients are: http://www.rubenstein.com/client_list.html
Basically, when you see George Steinbrenner quoted on ESPN every time the Yankees lose a World Series, it isn't him talking... it is Richard Rubenstein.
PWAC will make it so that no household will ever deal with a power outage again.
If you think PWAC is too good to be true, consider that PWAC's technology was developed at the Department of Energy's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
PWAC would like to introduce the technology in the first half of 2007 and some MAJOR milestones are coming very soon.
The best thing is... PWAC won't have any problem finding distribution. They are developing the indoor generators in a joint venture with Schrader Bridgeport.
With the distribution Schrader Bridgeport already has, it is very possible that we will soon see PWAC's technology sold at Napa Auto Parts, Pep Boys, Advance Auto, Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears.

My firm Lebed Biz LLC has been compensated by a third-party (Onyx Consulting) a total of $55,000 cash for two separate one-month PWAC investor relations contracts. Power Air Corp Update to Shareholders
PR Newswire 8:01 am September 22, 2006
Power Air Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PWAC) CEO, Remy Kozak, recently reviewed the company's first year accomplishments and developments at the Equities Magazine Transatlantic Conferences in New York and London.
Mr. Kozak stated, "As we approach the one year anniversary of becoming a public company, it is important to take stock of what has been accomplished and what remains ahead of us." Mr. Kozak noted that in the last 12 months the company has reached critical milestones, most notable of which are the following:
* Power Air entered into a collaboration agreement with Schrader Bridgeport International, a division of Tompkins plc, a world-class global engineering and manufacturing group. Under the terms of the Agreement, Power Air and Schrader will collaborate on the specifications, design, alpha and beta prototype build and test, field trial program, co-branding, and commercial launch of a cost-effective, refuelable backup generator that can operate indoors, safely, silently, efficiently, and emissions-free, with extended run capability. The generator will utilize PAC's Zinc Air Fuel Cell as the power supply.

* Power Air took steps to broaden its geographical reach and product plans into the lucrative Asian markets, by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with H-Plus Group to establish a Korean-based joint venture company. Initial applications proposed to be developed and commercialized by the Joint Venture include Telecom and UPS back up power systems. All systems will utilize PAC's Zinc Air Fuel Cell as the power supply.
* Power Air has engaged a team of experienced fuel-cell executives and technical staff from companies such as Ballard Power Systems Inc., to commercialize the core technology originally developed at and now transferred from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories (LLNL).
* Power Air is a founding member of the Zinc Energy Storage Technology Consortium (ZESTec). ZESTec includes many of the World's leading Zinc producers and suppliers and has a mandate to address the supply and recycling of Zinc to end users.
* Power Air established a Canadian subsidiary and a development and demonstration lab at the National Research Council's Institute for Fuel Cell Innovation (NRC-IFCI) in Canada, a new $20 million fuel cell development facility located in Canada. The subsidiary will be eligible for substantial government assistance going forward.
* Power Air has completed two rounds of private equity financing, raising over $4 million in new capital from sophisticated investors who realize the commercial potential of its exclusive Zinc Air Fuel Cell (ZAFC) technology. "Through 2007, management will build on these early accomplishments", added Kozak. "Marketing and partnering activities are on track and we look forward to moving our core products through the various stages of development and testing and into pilot production."

Power Air Corporation Receives Strong Upgrade by Respected Research Firm; Management Prepares for Global Commercialization of Cutting-Edge Emission Free Zinc Air Fuel Cell
BusinessWire 8:00 am August 30, 2006
Power Air Corporation (OTC BB: PWAC) is pleased to announce a well-respected firm, TRI-STATE Capital (TSC), has upgraded their equity rating on PWAC. This strong upgrade comes at a time when the company has partnered with Schrader Bridgeport International to commercialize a zero emission, back-up power generator suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This upgrade is also due to the increased interest in metal-air fuel cells as an alternative to traditional battery technology. Power Air expects to capitalize on this potential when it demonstrates its fuel cell based generator at a number of North American and International Power and Fuel Cell events in early 2007.
TSC is noted for their work with, account executives, analysts, portfolio managers, institutions, venture capital investors, individual investors and the media. To view the entire independent research report, please click on the attached URL: http://www.otclive.com
Mr. Remy Kozak, President and CEO of Power Air Corporation states, "We are honored to have a quality independent research firm review our progress and potential and to provide the resulting upgrade in our stock. This offers further confirmation to our shareholders that our company is headed in the right direction." Mr. Kozak further stated, "Participation in the North American and International events is an important pre-commercial activity. Our fuel cell ultimately has advantages over competitors due to the high energy density and stability of the fuel - Zinc - the low cost of production and our unique patent that allows for continuous operation."

Generators for Disasters in USA & Abroad (news)
Katrina Disaster Fuels Technology
PR Newswire 8:10 am August 25, 2006
The nation hasn't forgotten about it. The city of New Orleans certainly hasn't forgotten about it. And Power Air President Remy Kozak hasn't forgotten about it either.
On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made landfall and began its path of destruction across the southeastern part of the United States in what has been determined to be the single largest natural disaster in recent history. In the weeks and months that followed, millions of residents were left to survive without food, water, or electricity. And although Kozak can't make any promises to prevent another hurricane from devastating the United States, he is hoping that his company's new product will help ease the pain of power outages.
Power Air Corporation recently announced that it has plans to release its Zinc Air Fuel Cell, an alternative to traditional gas-powered generators. The emission-free unit, which operates silently on zinc, is the first of its kind to attempt to break into a generator market dominated by gasoline-fueled units. Kozak also notes that the Zinc Air Fuel Cell has many differences from the comparably efficient, emission-free hydrogen fuel cell.
"This cell ultimately has the advantage because of its economic efficiency," he states. "We're planning on a product that rivals the cost per kilowatt of most gasoline-powered generators -- hydrogen fuel cells can't do that."
When the Lights Go Out
In the days and weeks following Katrina, many residents faced a unique problem: They had generators, but they had no way to get gasoline to run them.
"I can't imagine how much of a benefit it would have been for a lot of those residents to have had our generator available to them in their time of crisis," states Kozak. "If you consider any natural disaster, where the quality of the environment is already hostile, can you imagine the advantage of being able to shelter yourself indoors with a generator inside your building?"
Looking Towards the Future
Power Air Corporation (http://www.poweraircorp.com/), a publicly traded company, which trades under the symbol PWAC (OTC Bulletin Board: PWAC), also has plans to market the Zinc Air Fuel Cell overseas. Kozak believes that South America and Africa, with their often undependable power infrastructure, are two regions that are likely to be interested in the new technology. That's in addition to the approximate 42 million sites that are already available for potential sales within the United States.
"This will catch on -- I have no doubt about it," says Kozak. "The technology picks up where previous technology has left off."
In a nation that is looking to move forward on the anniversary of its greatest natural disaster, perhaps his statement holds a special level of significance.

NOT IMPRESSED
The question of the day is why would this company pay to have this person "promote" their stock? Does it really have what it takes to make it? Red flag here.
...sounded hopeful until this development (dumb move on the part of the company)
Per Lebed:
PWAC at the current price of $1.12 has a market valuation of $48 million.
Check out the market caps of some of the other companies in the fuel cell business:

The IFCI provides full environmental and unit testing facilities. In January 2006, Power Air announced an initial presence at the original National Research Council facility in Vancouver, Canada. With the recent move to a larger building, Power Air has acquired additional office space and a private lab space for design, staging and testing purposes.
"The opportunity to build out our presence in the leading Fuel Cell Facility in North America was not one we could pass up," continued Mr. Andy Turnbull, Director of Engineering at Power Air. "Our core technology development centre will remain in Livermore, with the Vancouver facility focusing on application-specific design and testing. This makes it a natural location to support demonstrations."
The official opening of the new IFCI Building will be on September 12th, 2006 and will include demonstrations of the various products and technologies developed by leading companies in the fuel cell sector.
"Power Air's initial demonstration will be a zero emissions indoor generator targeted for use in apartments, businesses, emergency and utility vehicles, recreational vehicles and boats," adds Mr. Don Ceci, VP Marketing & Sales at Power Air. Power Air Engages TerraNova Capital as Agent for $5 Million Institutional Placement
LIVERMORE, Calif., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Power Air Corporation today announced that it has signed an agency agreement with TerraNova Capital Partners, Inc. of New York to raise an institutional round of up to $5 Million. The agreement allows for some limited exclusivity in North America.
Since becoming publicly traded via a reverse merger in October 2005, Power Air has raised $4 Million from sophisticated investors who are convinced of the commercial potential of its exclusive Zinc Air Fuel Cell (ZAFC) technology.
"Having achieved all of our early targets, Power Air's Board is now confident that we are ready for the more extensive diligence of Institutional investors," states Remy Kozak, President and CEO of Power Air. "TerraNova came highly recommended as an equity raising partner by FBP Capital, the group that advised us on our first two private placements."
Power Air recently signed an OEM Partnering agreement with Schrader- Bridgeport for collaboration on an Emergency Back-up Generator replacement product for the North American market. The Company continues to develop its core ZAFC-stack through extensive testing and rework of the design.
"Power Air is precisely the type of company we look to work with," adds Andre Schwegler, Managing Director, Public Capital Markets for TerraNova Capital. "With oil prices still going up, Power Air's alternative-fuel technology has attracted a lot of positive attention. Power Air partners with Schrader Bridgeport International, a division of Tomkins PLC, to commercialize indoor generator product that is powered by PWAC's zinc air fuel cell
Milestone agreement sets up high-volume, world class manufacturing and distribution capabilities
June 13th, 2006 Power Air Corporation (OTCBB: PWAC) announced that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with Schrader Bridgeport International to commercialize a zero-emission, back-up power generator suitable for indoor and outdoor use and powered by Power Air's Zinc Air Fuel Cell (ZAFC) technology. Schrader Bridgeport International will act as the systems integrator, using Power Air's ZAFC as the power supply for the end-user back-up generator product.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Power Air Corporation and Schrader Bridgeport International will collaborate on the specifications, design, alpha and beta prototype build and test, field trial program, co-branding, and commercial launch of the indoor generator, which is designed to be a cost-effective, refuelable backup generator that can operate indoors, safely, silently, efficiently, and emissions-free, with extended run capability.
This partnership with Schrader Bridgeport means that PWAV will have access to technical capabilities and infrastructures that would be difficult and expensive to duplicate as the Company develops the ZAFC into a commercial offering. Securing an OEM Partner to collaborate on the development and commercialization of PWAC's fuel cell technology has been the key focus of the Company's Sales and Marketing effort to date. For PWAC, Schrader Bridgeport is the perfect partner because it is synonymous with high-quality products and services that solve problems and add value, and has a strong affiliation with the leading automotive and industrial aftermarket companies like NAPA, Pep Boys, Advance Auto, Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears.
Mr. Remy Kozak, President and CEO of Power Air, reported, "With the signing of a major OEM Partner for the development and commercialization of an end-user generator product, Power Air has reached an important milestone. Schrader Bridgeport International is the ideal partner with high-volume, world class manufacturing and distribution capabilities."
Brian Bauer, Vice President of Business Development at Schrader-Bridgeport, stated, "Schrader Bridgeport International, a division of Tomkins plc, Fluid System Group, is a leader in the design and development of new products to meet the changing needs of our automotive & industrial customers. The adoption and commercialization of Power Air's environmentally friendly technology will allow us to offer an alternative to the growing back-up generator market, exploit a 'greenfield' generator opportunity - indoor sites - and at the same time help reduce dependence on imported fossil fuels."
Field Jones, Business Development Manager of Schrader Bridgeport, added, "Schrader Bridgeport International's core competencies include full service engineering capabilities for prototyping and manufacturing, the ability to design and manufacture fully automated assembly and testing equipment, and the ability to manufacture high volume precision machined components with onsite testing and validation labs. We also have QS 9000 and TS16949 quality systems certification."
