Is this a push so you can buy cheap? Bad decisions, yes. But the Koreans stand to lose the most. The lawsuits are minor compared to the big problems. We have only part of the story, as usual.
Don't invest in this company.Sell,Sell and Sell! GUESS NOT! So long...
Almost February per homepage so should hear something good soon!
Its time to say Merry Christmas. Only the best to you and yours. I can only give you my stock of the year, for 2010. Its the same as last year. At a Masonic Christmas party last December I was asked if I could only buy one stock for 2009. Which one would it be.
SAN GOLD Only one guy out of 40 bought it that I know of.It was a dollar a share. This year its a little more. It tripled last year. It will triple this year. Three to five years from now it will be thirty dollars. Seven million ounces is a slam dunk. Three to five years of drilling is going to prove up ten to twenty million ounces. The property is huge. The grades are high. The mining costs are low. Its in a stable country. Its got the right people. Its got it all. All over the world, the money is no good and the banks are worse. The goverments are broke and the promises made to the people can not be kept. Buy GOLD my friends, BUY GOLD. If not this one, pick one you like. But buy it now! Due your D&D and get some now.
THE BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE OLD GUY
Haven't checked out the new site yet, but still here. I've been flipping a few here & there, finally holding a few 'freebies' now. I still think there is potential, but it all depends on how well they can develop & market the products.
GLTA
I sold out too low, but am trying to get in at .40 since 10-for-1 split reverse. No way to contact the new Korean owners... I do not speak Korean. My guess is that this is a sleeper and commercialization will take time...one product after another. I expect no instant green-ready product in early 2010...just step by step to final product. Shame, too, because the market is there now and may not in 5 years. PWAZ is probably not H-Plus first priority... but... they will be more successful than the last management in the long run since they have $5mil invested and it does hold promise. Still managing 10,000 shares long for someone else.
Does anyone have a feel for this stock now. The new web site sounds promising. Sold out a long time ago. Thinking about taking a small position again.
Nothing more on this end, I'm just keeping an eye on things. Only have 1,000 shares that I bought because of one of my big board stocks working with them a year or two ago. Haven't even heard any more on that front lately.
GLTA
We are going to need more than luck! H Plus is probably more pragmatic than the well paid officers of PWAC were... but via e-mail, phone, snail-mail, etc. I have NOT been able to get a word on what is or is not going on. I do not speak Korean, either. THe 10-Q, etc. just says the same thing quarter after quarter in their notes.
Do you have anything more ?
That's OK, looks like they will reduce the O/S tomorrow!

DILUTION !!! The latest 13Q report with the SEC indicates large amounts of stock converted or warrants (recent past) in H PLus hands and hints at its sale... presumably to fund ongoing admin costs. Bummer...
What naive people are chasing PWAC ? HPlus seems to just let it die and take over the rights to the process. Given their $5mil loan, why not. What manipulation.............
Someone(s) trying to manipulate pps upward so they can unload...
Then again, it may die. H Plus is not acting like white knight nor running with the development football. Sales of the only product are nominal. The 10Q did not encourage anyone.
Sit and it may prove. I have been in since $.60/share. Ugh and control/own still 125,000 after selling off some. It is the lack of communication and ignoring of investors that has me roiled...
Luckily for me, I am not too deep here, only a few hundred bucks. If it moves GREAT, if not OH WELL.
GLTY
After 2.5 years, I am tired of waiting. It is 1.5+years more on their schedule before release the really good product: backup generator IF they can work out the bugs they never told us about to begin with.
But hey, at least we had sales. LOL
I still believe in the product, they just need to kick things up a notch. The longer they take, the more competition they have to fight. The more I look into the company the more I find that gives me hope. There is a local company tied to them, as well as an international company that I am currently invested in. Maybe they need to hook up with the retail guru that EESO locked in for retail. HAHA
GLTY
Thank you! It was not there Thursday when I checked. I expected it to come sometime and wonder if the "E" will now drop from the symbol. The highly touted "sales" of the new product were embarrassing. Someday they may be able to commercialize the backup generator but for now the engineering side of the house has been "out to lunch" while collecting their checks. Another sad story of a good idea, poor execution, over-indulgent managment thinking they had all the time/$ in the world and misleading promotion of true company status to complete the product. Way to long here.
FINALLY, it's not much, but at least it's something!

Regretfully, there is no one ever at home for PWAC. No news, no "get lost", no fluff PR's, no Financials... does anyone know if this company still exists ?
MM's or someone(s) are playing games again without news or reason to fly!
My, my, I thought this hub was dead except for you and I.
I had put a stock for you to look at, but they removed my post.
Sad, but true. I liquidated part of mine as it trended downward. Now it is near old bottoms. No response to my challenging letter yet......
I have given up on talking to them. It is a waste of time. Will still hold my stock, only because the technology is intresting. Also its a small position for me.
Missing filing dates is not good, but many companies do. PWAC promised to get it done within 30 days per their PR. Of more concern is the money, though I can not presume that their Korean backer of $5,000,000 will just let them die. I sent them a challenging letter asking for a response. We will see if they do. Since I am 58, how about you sending one, too!
Whats to say. There out of money and missed their fileing date. Sounds like a winning company to me.
Sure is quiet. Amazing, no comments.
The manipulation here lately is so obvious! I hope those person(s) get their dues.........
Give 'em a call and ask.... no PR, etc.
What ever happened to this program??

“OUR PLANET” NATIONAL TELEVISION SERIES TO FEATURE POWER AIR IN “CLEAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS FOR THE XXI CENTURY”
LIVERMORE, Calif. – (MARKET WIRE) – September 30, 2008 – Power Air Corporation (OTCBB:PWAC), the clean energy zinc power company, today announced that it will be featured in “Clean Energy Solutions for the XXI Century,” which will be included in an “Environmental Impact” series produced for the nationally televised cable show Our Planet.
“The Our Planet segment featuring Power Air will be filmed at Power Air’s corporate headquarters in Livermore in November,” stated Donald Ceci, President & CEO of Power Air. “Guest speakers will include officials from the International Zinc Association, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, market research firm Frost and Sullivan and Horsehead Corporation, the largest producer of high quality zinc oxide and Prime Western zinc metal in North America and the largest zinc recycler in the world. Power Air’s Zinc Air Fuel Cell technology, prototypes and products will also be prominently showcased.” Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory has licensed its Zinc Air Fuel Cell technology to Power Air.
Our Planet will air the feature nationally on the Fox Business Network, and 19 times regionally on CNN Headline News and Regional News Networks in up to 15 markets. Once aired, Power Air will post a link to a replay of the show on its web site found at www.poweraircorp.com, as well as incorporate video clips of the segment in investor and sales presentations and marketing materials.
“It is time for the world to ‘Think Zinc!’ Zinc is an ample, stable, sustainable, non-polluting fuel that has the very real potential of replacing fossil fuels and lithium to power, among other things, mobile electronic devices, indoor generators and the world’s emerging hybrid electric automotive fleet,” adds Ceci. “Power Air is very excited to have the opportunity to join several industry experts to share the ‘Think Zinc’ story with Our Planet’s national viewing audience.”
Zinc is the 27th most common element in the Earth’s crust. More importantly, zinc is fully recyclable and can be recycled indefinitely – without loss of its physical or chemical properties. Zinc has excellent power density and is one of the most stable elements in aqueous electrolyte solutions. Zinc energy storage systems can power many electronic appliances 100% free of emissions. With many thousands of patents and literally millions of products to its credit, zinc has played a supporting role in many of the major inventions of the 20th and 21st centuries. From transistors to lasers, satellites to circuit boards, photocopiers to fuel cells, zinc is truly among the most versatile and essential materials known to mankind.

MM's playing around today!
Same old rumor. They have always been out of money and begged from others. In this market, I suspect they are waiting for $ from the sale of current products to fund new ones. Ms. Wright would not comment on that aspect. Perhaps the 10Q due to come out will say something. They ARE working on a working relationship with some large distributor per their old IR rep but no idea of when that will happen. Obviously PPS reflects their cavalier attitude of no news except earthquakes.
I have heard that they are out of money again.
Understood. They are a very closed shop. If they every put out a decent PR with progress that jumps PPS, I too will cut and run.
I reduced my position by half 2 years ago. They were having problems with their teconology. I have many contacts and made some suiggestions. They contacted none of them on their own and would not even acknowledge my E-Mails or return phone calls. At that point, I moved on.
Good company long term but poor marks on status PR's and always slower in achievements than they let on. Comment some more.......
I still here. Still waiting. Still hopeing.
Anyone home? Still quiet at PWAC though they went to the annual electronics show... most disappointing!
Can you drum up more interest... this stock now has a future but no one is looking !!!!!!!!!!!
PWAC's future is good and perhaps more PR's of sales will come out by Jan 8 2009 major push. Anybody left out there? We need to get the word around about PWAC !
What a sad commentary, after so long--- June 2006 no less. Ugh!
TRI-STATE CAPITAL RESEARCH REPORT: http://www.otclive.com/PWAC_Initiation_Report.pdf
I talked with their new CFO who is handling the questions now two days ago and received no such unfortunate news. They have lots of things in the works. Yeah, it took longer than it should have. With the big roll-out coming early January 2009, their revenue ought to quickly help them. After all this investment, Korea is NOT going to let them sink now. This is the re-go/go phase.
I just talked to their P R people and was told they were cut off and looking for funds two weeks ago.
Nah, the have a great line of credit and open coffers in their Korea partner. I pushed them to put out a PR. This is just the beginning. It may prove more profitable but not as romantic as back up generators. I still look for this somehow to be adapted to vehicles, regardless of current technology questions.

Power Air Corp.("PAC") is developing a commercially viable Zinc-Air Fuel Cell ("ZAFC") technology that generates reliable, environmentally sustainable, zero emission energy for portable, stationary, light mobility, and transportation applications.
This technology replaces batteries and engines with fuel cells that can be quickly recharged by a simple exchange of electrolyte. It is made using low cost materials and conventional manufacturing techniques. Products powered by ZAFC have all the advantages of batteries and engines, without the disadvantages.
PAC intends to be the first commercially viable fuel cell company, powering low cost, silent, zero emission fuel cell based products developed with OEM partners for portable, stationary, light mobility, and transportation markets.
