Sorry I didn't take the time to answer again but I was busy. I have some convenience stores in Florida and as you said CBD is legal in all 50 states, however DEA just said CBD is also illegal by their standards which puts CBD in a gray area, as a store owner I wouldn't put my stores at risk by sellind an item that is in a gray area, however I would be the first one to put it in the shelves if the state backs me up. Unfortunately I will have to wait until Florida takes the same stance as California, but they won't have to wait much longer.
