The lawyers scammed me right out of it. They sent my file back claiming I had not filled it out correctly (which I had) and gave me 5 days to correct the problem, AND, didn't even tell me what the problem was!

I called their number to which you get a secretary, who knows nothing, she transferred me to someone 'representing the case' who wasn't there so I left a message and never heard back.

This is a common practice to do to small shareholders (I only had 300 shares). They weed you out this way by claiming that you didn't follow rules or claim in time so that they can drop you from the suit and then theres more for the big boys, and the lawyers.

Its very sad this happens, second time for me, exact same situation and result. Id file a complaint if I thought it would help but I doubt it will.

Worse thing is the shares were all in my retirement account so I cant even use it as a writeoff:(

Do you think it matters? Did you get the notice for the class action? I filled mine in and they rejected it without saying what needed to be fixed. I looked it over and I had done exactly what they said to. BS just to get the little guys out so the big guys get more. 2nd time Ive had that. I should file a complaint but to who. Its not the company its the lawyers.

Agree. largest volume in 5 years the other day. Hit 2200% at the peak and closed 700%+. Friday rose 150% off the days low and the bid followed up and late day Friday a burst of volume again. Interesting.
