I called their number to which you get a secretary, who knows nothing, she transferred me to someone 'representing the case' who wasn't there so I left a message and never heard back.
This is a common practice to do to small shareholders (I only had 300 shares). They weed you out this way by claiming that you didn't follow rules or claim in time so that they can drop you from the suit and then theres more for the big boys, and the lawyers.
Its very sad this happens, second time for me, exact same situation and result. Id file a complaint if I thought it would help but I doubt it will.
Worse thing is the shares were all in my retirement account so I cant even use it as a writeoff:(
