dropdeadfred, Again you display your lack of comprehension, you have just been reminded that covid is still among the top 10
causes of death. That would most certainly contribute to deaths being over any five year average. Another fact you ignore.
One fact you cannot deny so you ignore it ..

I'm glad covid is over and now we only have to clean up the injuries from the vaxx jab

dropdeadfread, People die in the US every year from heat and from cold. Fact. Seems you also have a comprehension problem as we've known from the start that getting sick from covid opens you up to being sick from other diseases. Also we have known from early on that most who died from covid also had a pre-existing medical problem. And we have known from early on that covid stretched medical systems in some places, the UK for one, that many, including old-aged, did not continue regular check-ups as normal. So some who normally would have been caught and saved are now dying. You sick fuck.
One fact is clear, you have no evidence he died from a covid vaccination.
from the same people who told you the jabs were safe and effective..
even your article acknowledges excessive deaths - stop being a rube and stop selling lies
Covid is making us sicker and more vulnerable to other diseases (research suggests it may contribute to delayed heart attacks, strokes, and dementia); an ageing population; an extremely hot summer; and an overloaded health service meaning that people are dying from lack of timely medical care. This winter, the cost of living crisis and concerns about fuel poverty will add to these contributory factors, given the links between deprivation and ill health. So we may see these excess death numbers continue.
Second, Office for National Statistics data has shown that mortality jumped on days with extreme heat.
Your repeating it for the reason you did gives you ownership too. We know old people die from many things, increased anxiety over the covid period could have contributed to more aged deaths. No doubt covid caused more deaths incidental to death by the disease itself. Not turning on heaters in very cold times could contribute. Not so good medical care no doubt contributed. There is plenty of evidence supporting excess deaths for different reasons.
We know one thing for certain: There is no evidence the excess deaths you slobber over were caused by covid vaccines. Another one:
The real reason is as mundane, and tragic, as an underfunded NHS still struggling with the terrible effects of Covid
[...]
It’s likely to be a mix of factors: Covid is making us sicker and more vulnerable to other diseases (research suggests it may contribute to delayed heart attacks, strokes, and dementia); an ageing population; an extremely hot summer; and an overloaded health service meaning that people are dying from lack of timely medical care. This winter, the cost of living crisis and concerns about fuel poverty will add to these contributory factors, given the links between deprivation and ill health. Second, Office for National Statistics data has shown that mortality jumped on days with extreme heat. We know extreme weather events are becoming more common, and that higher temperatures can lead to strokes, heart attacks and blood clotting in elderly and vulnerable groups. This problem is not going away as climate experts warn that what we see as unusually hot temperatures will become the norm over the next 50 years.
But most importantly: Covid-19 is still circulating and killing people, especially those in elderly groups and those who are unvaccinated. While it has dropped from being the leading cause of death, it is still one of the top 10 causes of death in the population, and even with a much-reduced fatality rate due to vaccination and prior infection, it is contributing to that 10-13% jump in summer excess mortality. In fact, as these figures show from the ONS, many other major causes of death are slightly below the five-year average.

it's not my claim, it's the paper's claim.
I actually know why :)
Your claim "and we don't really have any idea why" is not exactly true. .
dropdeadfred, Your claim "and we don't really have any idea why" is not exactly true.
Many experts and researchers do have an idea as to causes of excess deaths.
You know, there has not been one single case of myself or others here searching misinformation of yours where we have found something you said was true. Not one. We have always found stuff debunking yours which you could have found IF YOU CARED. Problem is you don't give a fuck what is true and what is not. In fact you prefer the incorrect junk you post because it feeds your preconceptions. Here is yet another satisfying that long established pattern:
Britain’s excess death rate is at a disastrous high – and the causes go far beyond Covid
Owen Jones
A deadly, avoidable crisis is under way, fuelled by NHS cuts, the neglect of social care, inequality and the soaring cost of living

When most people hear that phrase “humanitarian crisis”, they think “abroad”, “somewhere far away”, and certainly not in Britain. But how else to describe the tens of thousands of bodies avoidably piling up in the nation’s mortuaries? One funeral home worker says that they’ve run out of spaces for the deceased and “are having to keep some encoffined in office rooms”; another hospital porter reports that the mortuary has been near capacity for two weeks. This national issue should be splashed on every front page and leading every bulletin. It isn’t: why?
Last year in the UK there were nearly 40,000 excess deaths .. https://news.sky.com/story/excess-deaths-reach-highest-level-since-pandemic-peak-how-much-are-nhs-failings-to-blame-12780446 – that is, deaths above a five-year average. That’s nearly as many as were killed by the Luftwaffe in the blitz. In the last two weeks of 2022, deaths were a fifth higher than the average from 2016 to 2019 (the last pre-pandemic year), and that’s taking into account factors such as a bigger, ageing population.
According to the Office for National Statistics, there have been about 170,000 ..
.. excess deaths in England and Wales since the pandemic began. Most of these can be directly attributed to Covid-19 itself: after all, the virus’s name is scrawled on the death certificates of more than 212,000 UK citizens .. https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/deaths?areaType=overview&areaName=United%20Kingdom . Some of those who died may have been vulnerable or infirm, but in other circumstances years away from death. As the pandemic waned, we could have expected excess deaths to shift to below average levels over time. This has not happened. From the week ending 13 March 2020 to the week ending 30 December 2022, the number of excess deaths above the five-year average in England and Wales was 169,603.
— Office for National Statistics (ONS) (@ONS) January 10, 2023
Of these:
▪️162,142 were recorded in England
▪️ 8,715 were recorded in Wales
Probably not something you need to worry about. If you ever went to school past elementary school, remember the school sponsored religious invocation at graduation time and were some sort of religious blessing done with school money. Politics is local, so I suggest you go heckle your local high school graduation ceremony. Make a difference, instead of a nuisance of yourself.
this is so progressive. black only graduation ceremony

People die every day, idiot. You claiming any particular death without evidence is caused by the vaccine is really a waste of bandwidth... over 70% of people have been vaccinated so it would stand to reason that some of them die from various causes. The people dying from covid are overwhemlingly unvaxxed fools. Even a labrador retriever can follow those dots.
so you have a reputable, repeatable source that points to an autopsy that the death was vaccination caused? Of course not, because you never do. Go whine somewhere else. We have heard your misinformation so many times that no one cares since it is bullshit.
I guess this kid didn't understand epidemiology or basic statistics.. Wait, the jab was mandatory in Canada.

It is particularly "sad" for people such as you that do not understand epidemiology or basic statistics and probability or analytical stochastics, and get totally culted into believing anti-vax propaganda.
it's sad how many lives have suffered from the jab because you people either shamed or mandated.

lesgetrich, Because you may not know the guy as well as some of us do, virtually every post he makes is misinformation. Since covid first appeared that's been a focus. For a time i, and others just not so much, catered to him. Very early on i thought maybe he might be interested in the questioning/debunking of his posts, but he isn't in the slightest. It's like throwing flowers into a sewer. We finally banned him from Tornado Alley because of his constant stream of crap and i for over a year spent a lot of time replying to him on this other board .. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/memberpoststoboard.aspx?user=21270&boardid=37584&page=2 . You can tell the quality of his information from his last post.
