Ah, so people should web search to find all the insane and factually incorrect tin foil hat websites that claim every fraudulent pump and dump is actually the victim of naked short sellers instead of the truth, which is due to the criminal actions of management and insiders?

Sure. Investors in this POS should ignore the facts and instead believe every two bit conspiracy invented by unqualified deniers instead.

There are no significant shorts, naked or otherwise, in this stock. It was suspended by the SEC for fraud, and nothing more.

Well, naked shorts don't necessarily exist, quite likely they do not and have not in an amount of any value, and given that the name and CUSIP can't take place any longer and it's been banished to the grey market, they're likely happy to cover pretty quickly with a chunky profit within the first few hours of day one. It's a blind market, MM's and brokers at a huge advantage.

Matched market, not worthless. Depending on broker, you might need their assistance to trade it. Throw out a number, if someone matches it, you can dump out. There will be trades, there really aren't shorts, and it will likely have a few high-ish prints from the pump groups still involved and the company desperate to dump everything they can. But, it would not surprise me to see it close sub penny within a few days...

The word 'Toast' comes to mind when the sec steps in. It will open on the greys for about 10% current value. The best you can do is read up on the subject and play accordingly. Good luck.

This company, PPMH, is privately backed, and will be fine. That's what happens when you have real tangible intellectual property that is of significant value, having been developed over 15 years.
