Larry, I'm thinking through ways to do this as efficiently as possible. I'll let you know what I decide. Thanks!

(1)Larry, are you guessing that the Plus 100 indicator will be best used as a sentiment indicator (+6 = bearish) or as purely a consensus indicator (+ = bullish and - = bearish) or both?
(2)I think it would be interesting to poll as many ihub posters as possible on a weekly basis and develop an ihub sentiment indicator.
answer:
(1) I really do not know. There is no back testing.
(2) I am not going to do it.
How about you doing it?(ggg)

Maybe this is a test to see what happens to the first one to
jump out of the pack?
Sure, what the heck
WAHZ
I am thinking on taking the DWZ indicator board and bring it
over here.

good, I prefer to be alone

Interesting move.
So far my system holds the short.

Larry:
I don't attempt to predict the day to day action.
But am bearish short-term (the next few weeks)
.
Iraq situation adds an unusual degree of uncertainty to the outlook though. If market concludes there will be no war -- we could get a powerful bear market rally very quickly.

Larry D: You left Jenna off your list...
Thanks for the invite, but I am not following the markets every day at this time. In a few weeks (6 to 8), I'll be back to following the market more closely. When I do post, which will not be often, I'll be posting my WAGs on the MDA Thread.
By the way, I don't see your name on the list?

That's OK with me(g)
So I take it that we're talking about a 2-week time period when we're talking about what we're thinking here.
How about a 000?

(1)I'll put you down as a -1
(2)Feel free to change your mind every day(g)
Larry...
My first reaction is that no one should follow what I say because I make as many mis-reads of the markets as anyone else and would then point out that every one should do their own work since it is their own money that is at risk.
With that understanding, anyone who has read some of my posts knows that I am very bullish here and expect new all-time highs on the NAZ before year end - of 2035.
I am pretty neutral for early this week but expect the markets to turn sharply down soon, so color me bearish - I think the highs of the year are in. The last thing I think will happen is a prolonged rally off of the Iraq situation regardless of how it turns out.
But like I always say, I am no virgin at being wrong.
Good luck to all.

Between today and March 19, I'm neutral, as I see the market basically trading in a range during that time.

(1)Sold ! You are neutral.
(2)Now you change your mind any time you want to.
Larry, you have to put some kind of time frame on this bullish/bearish stuff. If you say 1-year, I'm bearish. If you say 10-days, I'm bearish. If between April 4 and June, I'm probably going to be bullish on a bounce if what I think may materialize happens.
If you're saying the next 2-3 days, I'm not necessarily bullish, but I see a possibility of a top 25 NDX points above Friday's close.
Between today and March 19, I'm neutral, as I see the market basically trading in a range during that time.
Hey ! Have no fear !
As soon as these five new guys fill out the new Plus 100
indicator, the rest of us will know which way the market
is going to go (g)
If I am so confused I don't know what to tell you, doesn't THAT count as being neutral??
I know, I know: action not words.
My streak is as good as dead.
This board has 9 boardmarks.
And is only a few hours old on a Sunday.
But still the Plus 100 indicator stands completely empty.
Oh Well ! Maybe the Plus 100 indicator isn't going to fly?(g)
Does anyone know the stand on any of the members of the
PLUS 100 indicator ?
Captain_Jack
Thanks for your post, but so far none have agreed to let us
know if they bullish, bearish or neutral.
Hey ! Do you know if any are bullish, bearish or neutral ???
Maybe if some one makes a guess, they will counter?(g)
edit: Nor do I have time to read 100's of posts to find out.(g)
Sounds interesting Larry, bookmarked!~
"So do I put you down as an assistant ???"
NO!
Zeev,Larry D and Wahz already in DWZ indicator,
which requires having recordable past record of some type(g)
but I will ask LG
Thanks
neutral = you don't know which way the market will go.
I got you covered every which way(g)
So do I put you down as an assistant ???
re: "bullish(+1),neutral(0),bearish(-1)"
Does "neutral" mean "sideways" or "I have no idea"?
re: others
Zeev 828
LG 177
Larry D 173 -- don't know who that is but what the heck. {G}
wahz 113
The following IHUB people have Plus 100 status
and therefore people may like to know if they
are bullish(+1),neutral(0), or bearish(-1) on the
stock market.IMHO.
No record of their trades are required.
Hopefully two of them will want to be assistants to this board
and will automatically be able to change there out look on the
stock market.IHUB only allows two.
