That is very interesting - the trades at .00045 were very small, way more buys at .0005 (looked like retail chunks). 45 mil feels like something different, but there are people out there with 20K plus to throw around. Still seems like a great sign. No guarantees but I'll be interested to see the first 30 mins of trading on Monday, and if we see a PR early next week.

I wouldn't worry about those shares. The Chinese have a long term attitude about the market, those shares won't come off for a long time. With the normal float of 8.2B, .005 is a no brainer if there is a real business in Taiwan. TXTM and others have gone over a penny with this float.

Best thing to do is read this quarterly report released late yesterday. It indicates a new company taking over the Plandai shell, and who the new management is, how many restricted shares they control, and so forth. Still a lot of speculation on this San Global Dining Company, but we hope to hear more in a PR...

Interesting Theory, usually the volume is the best indicator in situations where we are limited information. I am sure the new ownership will speak out in the near term. Kind of reminds me of how SPZI/JPEnergy started in Trips.. It had tremendous volume and just continued each day. Now this new company is registered in Taiwan to do Shipping Import/Export, and I can't wait to find out more details on that. Cause it could be Oil/Gas and the Margins add up quickly with Multi Million dollar orders.

It’ll be very thankful for break even since I have been holding so long average price for PLPL@$0.0014, with such huge shares added (32 billions ) it’s hard to imagine PLPL will hit 0.005…….mission impossible, all I expect is money back …..

Yes, they would be buying at two all the way up to six knowing that the company is worth a lot more. I don’t see any other reason for price appreciation unless that’s what’s going on. We still know nothing about the company in reality. I find it hard to believe that Penny pinchers are buying not knowing anything, I’m not. But I have plenty, and don’t need to buy anymore.

Fair, but I don't there was a whole lot of volume until today. The quarterly came out late yesterday - I guess you could argue that they could buy RIGHT at the bell this morning knowing the quarterly was out there, and catch people flat-footed that hadn't seen the news on the quarterly. That might be what you're getting at here.

But without a PR, which is what most people wait for and also lack of much else, information wise, it would give people in the know the best advantage to buy cheaper, and keep it all legal. It’s just a theory.

On another note, it looks like the volume may be picking up speed again. Looks like some decent buying on 5s. I'll be curious of the volume by the end of the day.

It's not the craziest theory, but it's also insider trading. Similar to how you say it wouldn't be the first time someone told you that you were wrong (we've all been told that), it wouldn't be the first time this type of situation occurred, particularly in the OTC world I'm thinking.
