Also, PLPL is a "Biotechnology" company & though it is a shell, it appears TAD is sticking to the medical field working with possible companies we will eventually merge with. I dont think we will get a EV, Oil, Cyber Security or Precious Metals, etc, company coming into this stock. TAD seems to have a Biotech background & network he is pulling from because of his pass rich & deep experience with medical mj, etc. This is why it was no surprise he initially landed talks with Puriblood, ironically a medical company.

Hate to think about it, but if that Puriblood deal would have came to fruition we would probably be sitting at .008 now and busting through .01+ this coming week now that the Monkeypox virus is catching steam and Puriblood product helped to filter viruses for blood transfusions. This could have clearly been the EN*ZC we needed bad in 2022. I say that to say if TAD lands another medical stock, (which I strongly think he will) this stock is goingto go nuts & rescue a lot of traders from any inflation woes they experiencing and we are going to end 2022 with major bang.

OTC is starving for a 000's (trips) to .$01-05+ Biotech / Medical Penny Runner!!! Everybody will be on this. Again, something tells me TAD is going to wipe the mud off his face from the failed Puriblood Deal and give us a 2022 big biotech/ medical runner!!!
Last but not least, I was on .0005s all afternoon and did not get any on the bid....what's interesting some was sold but not to me and I know I was next....It appears MM's know what's coming and intercepting any sells on the bid buying shares for themselves. I could be wrong but again, couldn't get any .0005s.

@Dr. Evil: On paper, the company is in an ideal shape for an RM or something like that. No doubt about that. But I will be a devil’s advocate for a moment. Very rare you will see OTC companies or shells do a successful RM. it’s not that they fail, they actually, do NOT want a successful RM, why would they? They keep this shell clean, do something, keep pink current, make millions every now and then. Such a beautiful business, pretty much you don’t have to do nothing. Filing with OTCMARKET is so easy and keep it current because they don’t have any operations, just file the same thing changing the dates in a timely manner. All you need an iPhone or a computer.

Believe it or not, most agreements/RMs fail because they want them to fail, they don’t want to give up this beautiful money-making machine ever, why would they? Would you???.

Having said that since it’s fairly clean now, there will be a pump again, just a matter of time. I would suggest if there is a run, everyone just make your money and get out when run is hot and everyone is dreaming pennies and dollars, do not hope for a successful RM, that will never happen!

PLPL <0005s Are Gone!!! SEC REGISTRATION COMING TO PLPL!!! Congrats to those that secretly loaded the piss out of that dip. I was on the bid with 10 MIL all afternoon. Tons of quiet loading happened these last couple of days. Also I think Tad did learn his lesson and will be more discreet going forward with what information he puts out. Here's why.....

The PLPL PR on June 22, 2022 says the following:
"In addition, the company is in the process of engaging a PCAOB audit firm to complete a two year audit of the company as part of an effort to file registration statement with the SEC. Notice he says they are "engaging" meaning, he is speaking as if they have not settled with a CPA or agreed to go forth. However, the last PR terminating the deal with Puriblood said:
["On June 20, 2022, the Company engaged Hudgens, CPAs to conduct an independent audit of its financial statements for the years ended June 30, 2022 and 2021." , (<<<<<<-------TAD GAVE AN ACTUAL DATE OF JUNE 20,2022, This Means PLPL was not "engaging"....they already had a CPA Firm they were moving forward with)

So what I am trying to say is, when the PR came out on June 22, 2022, he had already selected and engaged a CPA firm. I believe TAD knows he messed up putting that Puriblood LOI out there after the plethora or SCAM responses and replies that Puriblood wanted nothing to do with. he is already showing he is not going to tell us everything so its just best to load because you never know what kind of surprise update and PR he is going to drop in the future. He now knows the game and im sure he will be more prepared this time around. Also dont forget the previous PR said specifically:

"Plandai is continuing its evaluation of several potential strategic opportunities to bring value to its shareholders. "

And dont forget he said earlier:
"The company is continuing its due diligence and discussions pertaining to the possible licensing deal with Puri Blood, as well as other acquisition opportunities. "

TAD has something coming folks!!! Dont miss out on possibly the last biggest solid run for OTC 2022 with audited financials and SEC REGISTRATION COMING!!!!!!! This reversal will be more powerful than the first run!! Blowing pass that .002 high last round like butter this time IMO

PLPL is getting audited financials to be SEC compliant. Why would they do this knowing the Puriblood deal is dead? Clearly Tad put a lot of effort, A LOT OF EFFORT to clear that debt. CPAs know what they had to do. You wouldn't leave this shell up to one company knowing anything can happen.

And not really, people have been accumulating since the CEO Tad terminated a lot of debt and started cleaning the shell out, with the inclusion of getting the financials audited.

This history is in the filings, the news, and on this site. From your logic, anything can be a pump and dump. Puriblood already affirmed and same with Jessie wishing me thanks for the best wishes in a Linkedin post. So this wasn't some manufactured pump and dump.

Do you know the definition of a scam? Just because people are excited for a real LOI and others decide to take a risk to get into a stock higher based on the LOI and other information is just normal. A pump... and dump is when investors inflate the price of a stock on misleading information.... which was not the case here.
