PLPL <0005s Are Gone!!! SEC REGISTRATION COMING TO PLPL!!! Congrats to those that secretly loaded the piss out of that dip. I was on the bid with 10 MIL all afternoon. Tons of quiet loading happened these last couple of days. Also I think Tad did learn his lesson and will be more discreet going forward with what information he puts out. Here's why.....

The PLPL PR on June 22, 2022 says the following:
"In addition, the company is in the process of engaging a PCAOB audit firm to complete a two year audit of the company as part of an effort to file registration statement with the SEC. Notice he says they are "engaging" meaning, he is speaking as if they have not settled with a CPA or agreed to go forth. However, the last PR terminating the deal with Puriblood said:
["On June 20, 2022, the Company engaged Hudgens, CPAs to conduct an independent audit of its financial statements for the years ended June 30, 2022 and 2021." , (<<<<<<-------TAD GAVE AN ACTUAL DATE OF JUNE 20,2022, This Means PLPL was not "engaging"....they already had a CPA Firm they were moving forward with)

So what I am trying to say is, when the PR came out on June 22, 2022, he had already selected and engaged a CPA firm. I believe TAD knows he messed up putting that Puriblood LOI out there after the plethora or SCAM responses and replies that Puriblood wanted nothing to do with. he is already showing he is not going to tell us everything so its just best to load because you never know what kind of surprise update and PR he is going to drop in the future. He now knows the game and im sure he will be more prepared this time around. Also dont forget the previous PR said specifically:

"Plandai is continuing its evaluation of several potential strategic opportunities to bring value to its shareholders. "

And dont forget he said earlier:
"The company is continuing its due diligence and discussions pertaining to the possible licensing deal with Puri Blood, as well as other acquisition opportunities. "

TAD has something coming folks!!! Dont miss out on possibly the last biggest solid run for OTC 2022 with audited financials and SEC REGISTRATION COMING!!!!!!! This reversal will be more powerful than the first run!! Blowing pass that .002 high last round like butter this time IMO
