If they reverse, their percentage of restricted stays the same, so they still have control of most of the common shares. Generally, an RS will change all common shares (restricted and float shares). If they are smart, they would reverse the OS and AS.

But any reverse will be bad for existing shareholders.

I wondered the same thing too. Yes, they may not want to RS their own restricted shares, but there are so many that a 1:100 would still give them a ton. I don't know how all that works with the RS - does it only affect the float? It might - they might RS the float of 8.9 bil or so, and their shares remain untouched (along with AS)

It'll run to $0.0010, and then everybody that bought at $0.0002 will place a market sell. Pushing through the $0.001's will be the hard part. At some point they will reverse split and screw all the existing shareholders (and new ones that come in today and Monday). .

I will be getting out as soon as I see a decent profit and not look back, since I don't invest in foreign companies.

This is going to be an awesome play. Just bought in this morning. This is why you need to be online in chat rooms to hear of these popping up for a 4 to 5 bagger. This is a reverse merger play, and it’s now being discovered that management owns a massive percentage of the shares. I believe the shares outstanding were high so that Investors would be selling their positions over the past little while. Now it’s going to takeoff in my opinion.

The 36 billion are restricted issued for the purpose of the merger. They can't trade those yet.

I'm pretty confused too - is it getting loaded or is it dilution reflected from the OS now at 44 bil? Suddenly 465 mil traded? (and I'm 15 minutes behind).

I am going to try reading through this quarterly. What's pretty shocking to me is that as of March 31, 2024, the OS was still under 9 bil - now here we are on April 12, just 12 days later, and it's over 44 billion. Wow.

SAN GLOBAL DINING CO., LTD is a Catering and catering Management operation in Taiwan
The address they give on the filing is in Taipei Tower, which is a very large floor space with lots of companies in it. It also has a huge tuned mass damper at the top, which is pretty cool.

The way I see it is that the value of the new company is at minimum 5 Million dollars. It looks like the new managemnt bought 80% of the shares(36 billion at .0001). They paid 3.6 million dollars for those shares if not more. The new Market Cap of $4,488,903 reflects the Market value of the incoming copmany at minimum. The increase in A/S was to make the new capitalization fit the value of the new company. IMO...
