target is reached but this trade was cancelled, i dont hold over the weekend. Also, forgot to mention this trade was open from 3pm to 3:15 Eastern..it expired after that time.

i was stopped out, going long at 822.5 if price continues down.

target for this move is 836.5.. i got long at 828 (taking a chance to capture this move...(risky) currently at 827.00..target negated if 825 is broken..stop below 825 now.

Well, we got a nice bounce....target for the buy was 825.25 and the low was 825. currently at 829.25. would have been a good trade for a scalp even if i didn't think it would go too far..but i didn't take the trade...i should not be a discretionary trader...tomorrow's goal is to take every trade no matter what my bias is...

if ES continues down, it should bounce at 825.25 but i'm not taking that trade...better trade for me is to go long at 821.75. I will take that long if seen.

the scalper in me could have had 3 points on that trade but i'm working on being disciplined today.. that very short term low didn't last long, looking for the next trade.

it went from 28.75 to 832..i was thinking about getting out at 31.5 for a quick scalp but did not.

Going short ES at 839.75, currently at 837.25 (spx is at 839.15)

Going short in after hours at 841 if seen. Target is 841.25.

ES right now is at 837.75. If we hit this number in the next couple hours, ES should reverse from there... 2.5 stop. if i get this fill, target will be determined later.

Goal for Friday 2/13/09

Friday i will enter into a trade along with a stop. Stop is usually 2.5 to 3.5 ES points wide. Exit at target.

My R-multiple is below 1.0 (at .83 ish) but my win % is at 87%. This is why i am profitable. My edge is my entry. The scalper in me takes quick profits and misses out on the bulk of the run.

For Friday, i will enter into a trade and either i get stopped out or exit at target. I'm not allowed to close the position after entry for a quick scalp. I can move my stop to break even after a nice run up. In rare cases i'm allowed to put on a trailing stop.. i dont plan to do this tomorrow so i can work on being disciplined. Let the games begin.
