I will one day finish his board!

The way I figure, my deadline is about one week after the parent, PHIE, has a PR that definitively expalins the who,when, how,why,and where the PHILAND RANCH ADR will trade.

Until then, I figure we are all somewhat stuck in PHIE & PHIG,

Between work, Holiday family things and fighting the flu, I am behind schedule.

There will be a solid IBOX full of valuable info & DD before the record date for PHIE holders who will want as much info as possible when they want to research their dividend company shares.

The stock doesn't trade much YET- although, it trades not only in frankfurt F.1P8, but also on the XETRA, XE.1P8.

My understanding is the plan to list an ADR is still a go with Mellon Bank of NY. As I get more info on the anticipated schedule,
rest assured you will know as well.
