The reports Ceo Barch submitted to the SEC twice in 2020 both indicated no for shale. Plus shales rarely if ever are permitted to trade rather they are halted.

I was very surprised & pleased to see today's upward trending with Pharmagen. I've had this stock for many years; in fact...I purchased it when it was under Sunpeak. Hopefully good times will be just around the corner. Who knows...there may be some good news that is to be disclosed to the public.

Today's weekending trading really kicked up some dust up 200% without a whisper from anyone. Perhaps that's a sign of more going on than us shareholders are aware of.

Ceo Mackie Barch released his report to the SEC on May 20 2020. That report had both shell and bankruptcy as NO! He listed a count of 13 employees and a description of being in the legal drug industry. So the status here was listed as active. I don't know how to forward these findings to the board but it was nice just knowing we are in compliance here.

Well the typical Flu has kiiled more than Mers and Ebola and Sars put together.

Fact. You get the 'normal flu' that has killed more than all the others by far each year and you pass it to ten people in a week.

You get the Corona Virus and within one week you have spread it to 45 people.

Huge difference.

So after the epidemic has passed and the numbers are tabulated then we can know for sure just how deadly this new one compares.


Pharmagen is keeping very far from anything pharmaceutical. They really missed the Cruise liner this time around.

I know many companies are jumping on the Covid-19 bandwagon. It seems the least PHRX could do is market a bit about how important staying healthy is. The Coronavirus is more like a flu than it is like ebola, MERS or Sars and it's clear now that healthier people are handling it better even without special treatment or vaccines.

yeah that is a tough call in my play book. I did it but hesitate to recommend to others. It is a crap shoot. This weasel CEO is sitting on his ass instead of getting proactive which is probably why he lost his crew in lockstep long ago. As you can tell I don't like the wimp. Soo far there has not been a single person law or rule that prevents Ceo Barch from applying his share structure to that Business he is part owner of there in Maryland. If not a parent company a subsidiary at the least. Until U or someone else logically disputes that I let the chips fall where they may.

I cannot even fathom this shares structure not following the single largest shareholder to his GGP facility/dispensaries. Furthermore I suspect he will apply to be on a major exchange. There is no other reason to be trading other than for that outcome.

really? free shares are not like yours and mine investment. If he was so concerned he would not have lost his team in one fell swoop when they bolted out the door. This is no different than many otc tickers. They don't go the bankruptcy route as that opens it all up to discovery and is not cheap. So they just abandon everything and let it die a slow death to revocation or barely alive pink where they do not even have to comply with 8-10K's. Many times they transfer out any patents unbeknownst to stockholders. Stockholders normally just shrug it off as another loss. If they cared, why sell the same product as a LLC by his son... free from shareholders!! That is a scam.
