really? free shares are not like yours and mine investment. If he was so concerned he would not have lost his team in one fell swoop when they bolted out the door. This is no different than many otc tickers. They don't go the bankruptcy route as that opens it all up to discovery and is not cheap. So they just abandon everything and let it die a slow death to revocation or barely alive pink where they do not even have to comply with 8-10K's. Many times they transfer out any patents unbeknownst to stockholders. Stockholders normally just shrug it off as another loss. If they cared, why sell the same product as a LLC by his son... free from shareholders!! That is a scam.
