and then find a buyer and sell it?

Correct me, DL has walked from several shells that during the process

Yep, that would be lots of cheap shares, and Adar revealed in its Motion that Auctus had already converted its convertibles to equity - which is a bit odd since clearly those shares have not been registered yet, and it would seem to require an AS increase to do all these conversions at .00005. Still, it's not yet determined that the judge will grant Adar's motion - time will tell. And it may be a while before the Auctus shares transaction actually takes place, assuming what Adar says is correct.

Yes, .00005 (four zeros and a five) is the proposed conversion rate that's stated in an earlier court doc.

And the beat goes on & on & on...all I can say, is DL is paying Peter Chasey for all this, DL is not custodianship NAIVE, throwing good
money down the claimant drain, so I will stay as long as DL is paying
to fight.

So instead of settling the debt in the past year and getting something out of it, Adar Bay waited until the ticker is on the Expert Market and there are no buyers to try to get all debt converted to shares.

Now there should be more of a sense of urgency to come to some kind of settlement. Or the toxic debtor's will remain stubborn like me holding onto my shares as we all watch our potential profits fizzle to nothing. I'm not optimistic in any way, have 15 million shares, but they are freebies because I bought low and sold high like we all should have.

that's pretty interesting. So in sum, Adar wants all the notes (theirs and the other noteholders') to convert at .00005 prior to custodianship being terminated. They also say that Auctus Fund has already converted its notes to equity, but if that's the case, the shares are obviously not reflected in the share structure as displayed by OTC Markets. Maybe that's in progress and the shares are not yet with the transfer agent?

I guess I agree with Adar that Lazar might as well convert the notes and at least resolve the debt in that way. But assuming about $2M in notes including Auctus Fund's claim, that would entail about 40 billion shares at a conversion price of .00005, which would require an amendment to the articles of incorporation, and would obviously dilute the stock into oblivion.

Anyway, it'll be interesting - I think Adar makes a good argument, but it would seem that no outcome will result in progress being made before the compliance date, and if they get what they want, going by that estimate of $2M in notes at .00005, it would require that the OS increase roughly 27-fold from the existing OS.

Read the first 10 pages( the only ones that really matter, rest is proof of documents ) pretty interesting read actually, especially with page 7-8 being surprisingly optimistic. Makes me wonder what's being said behind doors really.
