Motion to Bar Unasserted Claims has been granted. This means that no new (aka "unasserted") claims will be considered. It has no bearing on all the claims that were submitted previously. The other matters (motion to terminate custodianship, Adar's motion to convert debt to equity) will be heard the morning of Oct. 26th.
