PTRO is the cheapest stock in my portfolio, with a cost basis around .0166.

I nearly bought MOOOOO, aka, COW**, in the low double zero's, but there is karma for me with that symbol, so I had to avoid. I also have to leave the port of Fidel Castro every time I enter, but I really have to stick to a strategy, and not break my own rules.

Maybe the child is .0006 years old, but certainly anyone who is six years old can do what I do.
