Petrofac's Asset Solutions business division has secured a significant amount of new contracts in the first quarter of 2025, demonstrating its strength in these areas.
Petrofac is expanding its services into new geographies and targeting growth in key markets, including the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the US.

The restructuring aims to release significant cash collateral held by clients, enabling Petrofac to secure performance bonds for key contracts.
Petrofac is also involved in the Arrowsmith project in Australia, supporting the design of a green hydrogen production facility.
It's also involved in offshore wind grid connections, such as the BorWin3 project in Germany.

FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING: UPDATE ON COURT PROCESS AND 2024 RESULTS TIMETABLE

Court approves creditor class composition

Further to its announcement on 28 February 2025, the Convening Hearing for Petrofac’s financial restructuring took place yesterday. The court approved the creditor class composition proposed in the restructuring plan and ordered the convening of creditor meetings. Details of these meetings will be communicated to the relevant parties in due course.

The Sanction Hearing will take place between 30 April and 2 May 2025. The restructuring effective date is expected to occur shortly thereafter.

2024 results timeline

As a consequence of the restructuring effective date being expected to fall after 30 April 2025, the Group has determined it appropriate to defer the finalisation and publication of its audited annual results. It expects to publish results shortly after the restructuring effective date.

In accordance with its listing rules, therefore, trading in the Company’s shares will be temporarily suspended from 1 May 2025 until such time as its full year 2024 results are published.

Subscription period

On 12 March 2025, the Company opened the subscription period during which secured creditors can elect to participate in the new money options available to them under the terms of the restructuring. Further information regarding this process, timing and documentation is available through Kroll Issuer Services Limited as information agent.

I did sold and reentry back recently. I believe this is a monster company in the future. it's price difference is crazy and uk version actually got reinstated back to the exchange after 1 year of suspension. I like the stock.

POFCY, Just found this stock. It’s very interesting: it went as High as $3.27 from $0.075 on May 21, 2024.

2024-05-21, POFCY, High: $3.27, Low: $0.0777, Closed: $0.64, Volumes: 11,493,451 shares.

Actually, it had been $18 at around 10 years ago. It’s a monster company with lots of offices in 40 countries. It has got $8.1 Billion contracts in hand this year: this might be the reason for it to go up to $3.27.

O/S: 50 million shares. Current market values just $5 million, extremely undervalued !!!

Watch it closely, and it might and will go back to dollars, again with $8.1 billion contracts in hand already.
