PVSP Announces Rollout of International Calling App for Android Devices
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pervasip Corp. (OTCQB:PVSP) (the "Company"), a leading provider of video and voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone services and cloud based computing is pleased to announce the Company is in the final stages of launching an Android-based international calling app that will allow users to make unlimited calls to 60 countries from their mobile phones and tablets for a monthly fee of $29.95.
Pervasip's Chief Executive Officer, Paul Riss, said, "We have done an enormous amount of work to build a robust user-friendly app for pre-paid international calling from a smart phone or tablet. We plan to launch the app within 30 days with a strong marketing campaign to accelerate viral growth on a global scale. This app is a logical enhancement to our current apps, which allow either free calling, or low cost calling to anywhere in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico. Our customers will soon be able to call any country, and we have established an unlimited calling plan to 60 countries for only $29.95 a month. We also intend to offer 60 minutes of free calling to every Android download so that subscribers can experience the quality of the voice and try the app before deciding to pay for either a monthly fee or a casual access fixed dollar draw down account, depending on their individual needs."
The Company recently announced a mobile phone Android app that allows users to make 3G/4G and WiFi calls on their Android device without using the voice plan minutes on their existing smart phone plan. The mobile VoIP app can be viewed or downloaded at the following website:

The stock is at support here. Bounce time !!!
This app will go viral globally. Get ready for showtime.
And since the market always looks
ahead, the benefits to shareholders
will come sooner than we think.
Think of the revenue for PVSP for a minute. Say 1 million people download the app for 29.95 for long distance calling anywhere around the world.
1million x 30 bucks= 30.000.000
multiple that by a year. 360 mil.
Be conservative 50,000 people pay the 30 bucks a month.
Thats 1.5 mil a month in revenue x 12 months= 18 mil.

The YAHOO CAMPAIGN, once started
is going to alleviate all of the doubt here

THAT is going to be good!

Can we get any more Oversold?
50% pull back from the recent high in only a few days should be more than enough to get a reversal very soon.
Stock was more than due for a correction as it had been on a tear for the past few months with a lot of consolidation along the way, but 50% correction in couple of days is a little much.
See if we get a bounce today or tomorrow.
The Q4 (10-K) financials will be here in two weeks.
-How much convertible debentures were still outstanding as of November 30, 2011 ?
(That would be after the $400K G3 debt purchase.)
-Suppose that there were, say, $1M of CDs remaining 3 months ago (despite numerous claims that the CDs were over); do you expect all those CDs to have all been sold as shares in the past 3 months ?
I see this as an opportunity to pick up more shares at a low price.
I believe these shares that were issued recently to pay off debt are being dumped on the open market. The PPS average for those shares issued is .022. So, if they started selling at .055 all the way down they are banking profits until .022. Hope this helps. Recent 8K below.
Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities.
Between February 13, 2012 and February 21, 2012, Pervasip Corp. (the “Company”) issued a total of 13,555,809 shares of its common stock, par value $0.001, in settlement of $300,000 of debt owed by the Company to various third parties.
In conjunction with the aforementioned stock issuances, we are relying on an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”) for the private placement of our securities pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Act and/or Rule 506 of Regulation D promulgated thereunder. Nothing's "going on" per se, just a lack of real meat n potato news I think. A lot of shares got bought by weak hands in the last month. Some of them are giving them back.
GO PVSP
Whats going on here? Why the big pps retraction ?
Thats a good thought Blu... I think most investors here would love this company to start showing some depth and growth over the next several months to gain some valuation and then get gobbled up...
It makes the selling portion much easier if all of a sudden your lifted for 500mil ;). (crumbs & still > $4 ps)
If you havent heard...Microsoft bought Skype for 8+ billion and they have also had to partner with tango to achieve video voicemail.... Haha. That is crazy amounts of money in which a market we are in!!! Plus...WE DO BOTH :$
IMHO
Daubs
I've been keeping an eye on this as of late. Given what's happening with mobile, a company like this is sure destined for growth.
Interesting enough, if Google feels pressured by competition they usually end up buying them.
Bosox-
Your only concern is being a red sox fan! Try bleaching those and you will be on the right path!!! :).
If this chunk ofa article doesn't blow your mind...then............
"In a recent post, Sr. Social Search Strategist Brian Chappell noted how data from Google Plus, like sharing content from Sparks and +1 activity, could affect organic search engine optimization (SEO). One obvious data set Google now has is everything generated by the “+1” button that appeared months before the release of Google Plus. By allowing users like you to recommend content, Google’s algorithms can factor this social share data in how it recommends content to your friends and connections via search engine results."
Google/android will run a good part of this world soon!!! IMO
Can we catch them? HELL no!
The question is can we fend for table scraps? I believe we are changing game plans from a silly HSN appearance... :)
""Mark Richards, CIO at Pervasip. "The new operation will focus on research, design and development, and we expect to have major advancements in our video product lines later this year. We are looking to add devices and handsets to the video ecosystem that will include Android tablets and handsets in addition to our current video phone offering""
Regards,

Bosox, I'm
at a loss for words. I honestly don't
know what to think.
Any share left from CD holders are very small. I wouldn't be concerned on that. Hang in there troopers and pray for your investment. He's carried us this far.
Daubers there are 2 things that very much concern me:
1) If you are willing to lie about a HSN deal going so far as to say purchase orders have been placed what is to stop you from lieing about other info you are giving out.
2) The dilution which is currently ocurring. If you have such things as incumbent carriers interested in you and apps which are going viral why the need to pay off your debt with shares. I know they are stating they ewant to be debt free but is this the case really?
Hey doc... Check out the other stock I have posted on. There are more people of your type there.
It's bio industry.
Starting phase one in June... GL
For PVSP, don't lose faith and I really think you should confront Paul with your concerns... If you are a large shareholder, he will take the time...
Give it until June if you can, I don't think you will be disappointed.
Goodluck
Yep. But the waiting seems to be the killer here.
Lets hope we see some updates soon.
Enjoy your evening. Time to go home and work some more. 12h already at here work and more to take home.
Cheers
International calling is a huge industry and if you guys have noticed vonage has really picked up the advertising for this... Especially India!
I can only speculate that it may be a nice and easy platform to build off of and gain some $$$ from? Maybe G3 connect has some very nice potential International clients that this could be a quick ground rule double.... No questions asked?
It's not how you start but how you finish!
Video is still not the "in thing"...IMO... Let's focus on building our base which has been slim, but that is why Barry is investing so much money here, if you build it they will come! Right.
ie- HSN - if this is my company I would not throw us on that silly network until we made a dent or a name for us! Think how many more buyers you can get after releasing the video app, being on yahoo or google for advertising etc... It's all a plan IMO!
I came here and bought with the expectation of something cutting edge.
Yes, I have a PhD. in Immunology and Microbiology... not tech. Did cancer research and now HIV research. I asked a friend about this company and how apps work. He can program, I cannot.
Yes, I do have a high standard for companies that I buy, because I expect the rhetoric to match the PRs. The only one recently that I did not have a position until recently was ARNA. That tanked and I sold. No longer post there. JBII, with the company for 2.5+ years. Management is getting better...Oh but now they are being slapped with a SEC lawsuit. Thus, one can be very negative.
As for ownership ... I have more than share 1M shares.
Thus, you have your opinion as do I. Authur has his opinion, and many do not like it. However, I think it is a counter balance to saying everything is peachy all the time.
As for other stock that I post on, I own.
No Karsmith, these are all legitimate concerns that I have voiced myself.
That is my take also.
But, Mr Riss indicated back office issues ie. having everything automated so you can get the app, a phone number ect and use it any time of the day or night.
Mr. Richards also indicated having this, but stressed other factors during his talk. One that I found interesting was having automatic redirect. If you are using video, the call will go through VOX, however if the user is not using video for that call it goes through the users carrier. This promotes a friendly atmosphere in a sense. It is best described during his talk.
Since the app has only ~40K downloads I would focus on the video part. However, one still needs the back office in place if it goes viral and people want to use it. Thus, a two edge sword. Maybe PVSP is not that skillful at programing and are trying to get the easy stuff done first. JMO
Cheers
It just seems to me that since the video app was announced that is all everyone here talks about. I dont hear anybody say WOW that long distance app is going to put us over the top.
Now the general consensus here is the video is easily a multi million dollar hit. Why wouldnt you concentrate on getting that app out? Then add on things like long distance calling.
Good concerns mr biggreen!
Any good peeps have updates on airtime? The rate they are going they must be affiliated with us :). That is a joke!!! Because that site was said to be live last year!!! Haha
I love the tech world!
I wish we aged at the same pace...
I do not have as much confidence as a month ago. The main reason is that they had VoIP for awhile now and even tried to sell phones. They were not able to get traction in the market place. The same thing could happen with the video app.
The second major concern is... if they were so good with video, why have they not been bought out yet?
The third major concern is... why has the revenues stayed flat? If they have a senior industry rep, they should be making more sales, contracts and revenue. JMO
There is no longer talk about Airtime, which was clearly a potential plus. Therefore, others have started looking else where for live video. Why? What is PVSP doing to potentially drive people away?
Just some random thoughts.
Enjoy your evening.
like your tude daubs think your right
That was the apparent order that management wanted to get things done.
From the Jan 2/3 2012 talk with Mr. Riss, there was issues with the back office part of the app. Then, Mr. Richards indicated something else on Jan 5th. Therefore, it is unclear as to their priories and when the video app will be completed.
Cheers
Indeed, much is on the plate!!!!
What is 1% of a 36 billion pie?
Now if they are taking their time to truly perfect the art of video VoIP then I think we can penetrate more than 1%...wouldn't you agree? Wink
Video stream capabilities like Netflix...
Awesome!
And we are in penny land :)
Can someone take my rant off the clipboard? That is not worthy...
Maybe put the android chart up there, it is continuously climbing...
Great play here, we will get some great news soon! Just have confidence.
Aimo
