That was the apparent order that management wanted to get things done.

From the Jan 2/3 2012 talk with Mr. Riss, there was issues with the back office part of the app. Then, Mr. Richards indicated something else on Jan 5th. Therefore, it is unclear as to their priories and when the video app will be completed.
