People have different targets and expectations. Did you buy another 4M shares that you boasted about at these prices?
Management can say whatever they want because it is all forward looking statements. Just in Jan 2012, they changed their business plan... which was brought up on the Big Biz show.
We will begin Yahoo advertising soon... Mr. Richards quote in Jan, not mine. Thus, I have seen management of other companies kick the can down the tract and say soon.
Now on a different note, maybe PVSP will release the international call plan on time. Is that a game changer? Maybe. It would show that PVSP had a timeline and executed. What happens if it is delayed.. 1, 2 3 or 6 months. You know they had to learn how to write code for Android programming, which is the hardest programming. Then they have to get everything done for the iPhone version.
Next is the video app... it is coming along just like everything else.
You also mentioned recently Airtime again, which from Mr. Richard's comments is not a focus of the company right now.
Now I was not planning on spending 3 years with PVSP. Why? Have you ever submitted an IT patent? That is the reason. Compare this same question of a drug and time of patent protection. Very different outcomes.
Thus, people have different time horizons for different types of stock.
Thus "The number of incompetent, emotionally irrational so called investors is simply insane." is a very funny statement.
Hell, you board name has only been around since 8-5-2011. Spend several years with some stock that turn sour and you lose 99%. Then come back and start preaching to us about "The number of incompetent, emotionally irrational so called investors is simply insane."
JMO
Tabby as long as you are a shareholder you have the right to complain and b!tch and moan as much as you would like.
You have been on this board long enough to know if you dont completely agree him you are a moron.
I agree also you will know what you have here long before 3 years is up.
I don't know. I kinda think kar
is as upset as some unsatisfied
shareholders because of the insults
used.
Someone calm and cool would not have
done that. But that's just me.
BRAVO ZULU KAR!!!! I AGREE WITH YOU 100 PER CENT!!!!
LOL! Now it's "3 years?"
I don't think so. But that's just me.
Agree with your well spoken sentiment. It's those looking for a 'quick' buck that get on my nerves also. The thing is, there's enough of them to carry on conversations, so investors looking for long term gains must grin and bear it.
PVSP!
Key words "white label" ..."Vox Communications will provide its mobile VoIP offering as a white label solution."

What Frustration are you people talking about?
Lets give them 3 weeks, lets give them 3 more days, lets give them 3 months, bla, bla ,bla.
If they they don't deliver by then, we will PUNISH those bad people, by selling our shares at a loss, that will teach them to produce a higher stock price sooner.
The number of incompetent, emotionally irrational so called investors is simply insane.
The management of this company are doing everything they can to make the company successful for themselves and shareholders and only time will tell if they will be able to deliver, so all the silly demands like, "I'll give them 3 weeks then I'm out" makes me sick to my stomach and only hope that they really will sell and go trade something else.
This is a 3 year play at least, not 3 weeks. Most of you could not assemble a bicycle in 3 weeks, and you expect these guys to deliver an international marketing campaign as if it were a one page letter.
They will deliver the results we are all looking for but on their schedule which includes the customers interest, not on some obnoxious idiots that purchased a few shares to make a buck and now they feel entitled to sit back and complain like it is baseball or football game.
I assure you investing is no game and it is not for amateurs or day traders that only lose money to the professional yet they never seem to learn and they continue to switch teams trying to find a winner.
I agree with your frustration Tabby
But how will you feel when PVSP does get cash positive and starts showing significant revenues and the pps reflects that, and your sitting on the sidelines with no shares?
I am not willing to take that risk.
Way too much going on here to just walk away.
If you bet against PVSP IMO you will regret it.
We were at .005 in November and came back pushing .06 in 3 short months.
PVSP has a plan, enjoy the ride.
Dont worry I dont think you have to worry about a buyout right now. However once video app is released (keeping my fingers crossed it will be out in April) and Iphones and touch pads are part of our resume and revenues are flowing in the big boys will take notice and by then pps will be significantly higher than now.
A tech savy company such as PVSP will always be on someones target. Of course PVSP has to produce. Imagine international calling that is and then being able to see your mom, dad, bro or sis on top of that. You can name your own price.
The boundaries are endless for this. Big corporations or little, governments, the list can go on and on.
And of course everything and anything else they are working on that we dont know about.
easyme, LOL! I sure don't want
to see a buy-out centered around
our current share price.
Would someone buy us @ 5.00/share
while we are at .03-.05?
I highly doubt it.
Bosox I do agree to a point. Just check out
my previous post to 4-aces. That is what I
believe.
Fouraces, I think This month will
tell us a lot. I really do. It will
tell us if we are ready to rock or
it will tell us to........
COME BACK LATER, WE'RE NOT READY.
I am totally serious.
Folks keep mentioning buyout: I don't want to see that at all. I want the company to become a huge player in their own right.
PVSP!
Tabby we have made nice gains from where we once were. The price has dipped imo mainly due to dilution and profit takers as well as no immediate news for present revenues.
If we can become cash flow positive (which I hope this calling plan as well other things which may or may not be in the works) will do there will be no need for further dilution. This alone will solidify pps.
We will know shortly whether or not this is or will be a good investment. If the company actually produces a great video app this should fly. It will also alert bigger companies to us and we will become a potential buyout candidate.
Still hoping for that out of the blue PR which sends us flying.
PVSP's International calling app will make calling internationally on your cellphone routine. This is HUGE. PVSP's time is NOW.
I hope the hsareholders of PVSP know that this international calling app will make PVSP the Vonage of the Smartphone industry overnight. You better have your positions fortified because this will take off one day soon dramatically.
That's right. The international calling app will put PVSP on the map. And fast.
I don't know what to think anymore. News
Comes out but yet back to back horrible weeks.
Share value / investors money nearly halved.
One cannot just continue to throw money in
this and expect to make out ok. The "loading
zone" and "great buying opportunities" posts
insult ones intelligence.
March is it for me. Nothing promising happens
by April 2nd and I'm out. I'll lick my wound and
probably stay out of the market from now on.
That is why I am still hopeful and not completely negative on PVSP. We should know by the end of March if management can keep their timelines.
Cheers
Is it common place to be able to do international calling from a tablet as well as a cell or is this more or less unique.
Let's see what happens.
Pervasip's Chief Executive Officer, Paul Riss, said, "We have done an enormous amount of work to build a robust user-friendly app for pre-paid international calling from a smart phone or tablet. We plan to launch the app within 30 days with a strong marketing campaign to accelerate viral growth on a global scale
Maybe. I think people will try to compare their current plan to PVSP's international plan. People are reluctant to change. PVSP's plan does not have stars and strips (does not dazzle). The video app just might. When Mr. Richards indicated in Jan, advertising soon for the video app, that is what got me interested in PVSP. Now it is being pushed later into the year. All the while, PVSP is burning cash and converting shares into cash payments.
It will be good to see a means of generating some serious revenues. Until then, everyone is hoping PVSP gets there apps completed in a timely manner. Less than 30 days is tolerable. However, is that the launch time or until the beta testing time begins? I have seen other stocks play this game. Deadlines keep on getting push forward. Then beta testing is needed. Then the best is ... we have changed business models after all that was said and done. Maybe PVSP will be different. Time will tell.
If the app is indeed advertised on the front page of Yahoo, the international calling will be a huge success.
Throw in the video portion for the app and advertise that on Yahoo's homepage and well you know the outcome of that!
PVSP
I have the general feeling that the international plan will not be that successful. too much competition. IMO it all depends on the video app. From there, people will want to call friends and see their face. However, Skype is already in the market place, thus PVSP has to have a better product. Competition will be fierce.
As for multiple dollar land... that all depends on contracts. LOI are all find and dandy, but they are not contracts with specific terms.
It will all play out soon enough. I have seen some stocks go from 0.25 to $4 in three months. So it is possible if the word gets out and PVSP has a hands down amazing product. Time will tell.
New Twist with LightSquared & GPS Coexistence
I woke to see these two articles. I really liked the Forbes article as it speaks to the GPS Coalition's motivations, and include only that paragraph.
However, the Politico piece is priceless for pointing out the potential collusion between DoD, PNT, and the GPS Coalition.
Time will tell how this unfolds. Hopefully, the FCC will support LightSquared's December 20, 2011 request to support its legal rights and disallow legal protection to the GPS Coalition's members defective receivers. Billions in liability to consumers as well as LightSquared would likely change the game.

LightSquared Battle Heats Up As Politico Reveals DoD E-Mail
Daniel Fisher, Forbes Staff
3/02/2012 @ 2:10PM
"Politico reports that an unnamed Defense Dept. official urged his colleagues to “synch up” with the GPS industry back in 2010 to defeat LightSquared’s proposed cellular communications network. The e-mail, if authentic, would bolster LightSquared’s claim that it was the victim of a coordinated attack by government insiders and the GPS industry, which could face billions of dollars in liability for selling receivers that cannot filter out emissions from LightSquared’s neighboring radio frequencies."
On LightSquared, Defense Department official urged synch up with GPS lobby
By ELIZA KRIGMAN | Politico Staff
3/2/12 9:33 AM EST
A Department of Defense official urged his colleagues in 2010 to "synch up" with the GPS industry in order to defeat LightSquared's plans to build the nation's first wholesale broadband network, according to an email obtained by POLITICO.
The email came as the Global Positioning System Industry Council was preparing to brief NTIA — the White House technical advisers — on LightSquared's proposal.
"We need to synch up with them prior to them briefing NTIA to make sure we are in lock step," the DoD official wrote to colleagues in the Dec. 29, 2010, email. He added: "Especially since they are our allies."
A spectrum expert close to the situation leaked the emails to POLITICO.
LightSquared has argued that it was treated unfairly in the testing process, and the email is sure to provide the company new ammunition.
The DoD official who wrote the email declined to comment after being told POLITICO had a copy. A representative for the DoD also declined to comment.
However, another Defense source told POLITICO that “several people on [DoD] staff … made common cause with the GPS industry” and compared notes in opposition to LightSquared. The source now says that DoD’s involvement “was a huge mistake.
The source said that the DoD doesn’t manage the “user equipment piece” of the GPS system and it wasn’t really their place to insert themselves in the process this way.
The House Energy and Commerce Committee leaders on Tuesday asked for a trove of government documents, as part of that committee’s review of LightSquared’s conflict with the GPS industry. The lawmakers asked for all written and electronic communications about LightSquared from the FCC, NTIA and the interagency National Executive Committee for Space-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT EXCOM).
LightSquared’s dream of launching a wholesale broadband network was blocked by the FCC and NTIA in February after concluding that GPS interference issues leave the company no viable path forward.
In addition to the correspondence between DoD officials, other emails from government officials involving LightSquared indicate that at least one NTIA official believed LightSquared had a valid argument that the GPS industry was at fault because it waited years before raising concerns about interference.
GPS companies maintain that LightSquared is at fault for trying to deploy a technology that’s inherently incompatible with GPS. LightSquared points fingers at the GPS industry for making cheap equipment that can’t block out noise from neighboring bands of airwaves.
A spokesman for Trimble, one of the nation’s largest GPS manufacturer and a leading force behind a coalition formed to fight LightSquared, the Coalition to Save Our GPS, dismissed the emails as “baseless claims about the process” from LightSquared.
"LightSquared was afforded a full year to demonstrate that its proposal to repurpose mobile satellite service spectrum would not create interference to GPS. Having failed to meet the FCC's conditions, it is now making baseless claims about process,” said Jim Kirkland, vice president of Trimble. “LightSquared's suggestion that this somehow represents a conspiracy are pure self-serving nonsense."
The GPS Industry Council has strong ties to Trimble. For example, Charles Trimble, co-founder of the company, is the chairman of the GPS Industry Council. Trimble no longer leads the company he helped found, but he serves on the PNT EXCOM, which advises and coordinates federal departments and agencies on matters related to GPS.
The PNT EXCOM, co-chaired by DoD and DOT, dealt a serious blow to LightSquared’s chances of success with a letter in January to NTIA concluding, based upon testing, that “there appear to be no practical solutions or mitigations” that would enable the wireless company to proceed in the next couple of months or years without “significantly interfering with GPS.”
LightSquared has continued to claim that it will work toward a technical solution, but most analysts argue that the company’s quest may be at an end — or is likely to be tied up in litigation for years.
“LightSquared has always asked for nothing more than a fair evaluation of the issues, but these troubling emails appear to indicate that this may not have been the intention of everyone and raise significant questions about the testing process,” said Terry Neal, a spokesman for the company. “We sincerely hope that is not the case and that the FCC takes note of this as it conducts its evaluation and assesses next steps."
I absolutely agree with you, fair revs from the intenational dialing app, but huge game changing revs from a video app.
It wouldnt even matter if we werent the first to market , even being in the space, would put the stock in multiple dollarland!!
Mason would care to speculate on the state of PVSP now and in the future. Your thoughts are usually very insightful. I know you were a big proponent of Lightsquared and for now that is not going to happen.
Any thoughts on continued dilution, int calling plan, Airtime, Chinese connection, G3 or JDM. TIA.
Not to be too negative but, IMO, international calling plan is a very small move by PVSP. Why? Lots of companies offer plans, making PVSP a very smallplayer as compared to the very big competition.
The potential real gem for PVSP is the video app. This may be something that sets PVSP apart from the others. However, we will not know that until they get it done and PEOPLE try it. That is where we stand IMO.
Some people understand how big this stock will become, some dont. For now the games can be played, too small the volume to get ,a real mkt valuation,we are mearly at the pros and cons of supply and demand share price. The moment this stock hits 3 consecutive days at 15 million volume or more ,is when the real value will suddenly appear, as if by magic!!!
Cool! Thanks for doing that.
I smell BIG NEWS coming. Make sure you are loaded when it comes.
Great idea. I will write the CEO with that suggestion.
The app will go viral for sure on a global scale.
Good point, International plan will be huge. Just think if they were to get ads on Expedia.c or cheapflights.c. All these potential travelers would get the plan for sure.
PVSP is the biggest technology hidden gem on the market imo. The International calling app alone will transform PVSP into a telecom giant.
Nervous nellies need to know what you own and hold and accumulate when you can. When the International app is being advertised on the front page of Yahoo everybody will rush into this stock.
A 100 million dollar market cap is coming. Hold your shares with a kungfu grip.
IMHO.
Expanding into Brazil, Russia, India and China can only mean one thing for the app and the pps.

TrustPay and Mira Networks . . .
FYI: as far as I can gather TrustPay.Biz should not be confused with TrustPayGlobal.com or TrustPay.EU. If someone comes up with information that show an interconnected relationship, please share.
TrustPay.Biz is associated with Mira Networks out of Johannisburg South Africa. Sean D Conde, in addition to his position with TrustPay, is the CEO of Mira Networks, cofounded with Alan Zimmerman as CTO and Ari Hayman, Owner of Mira AFRICA.

Mira Networks also have operations in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, and Tanzania, in addition to South Africa.
TrustPay is looking to expand into the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, Inda, and China)

Vox Communications Makes Move to Integrate with Trust Pay and Emoni
By Monica Gleberman
Contributing Writer
Vox Communications has taken its first step towards an agreement between Trust Pay and Emoni by submitted a letter of intent to the companies to enable Vox Communications to market it’s VoIP application created for smartphones throughout Africa.
For those of you who are unsure, a letter of intent is a document outlining an agreement between two or more parties before the official agreement is finalized. Many letters of intent resemble written contracts, but are normally not binding. They are used to create conversation and negotiations between all the companies involved.
Trust Pay and Emoni are companies that specialize in applications that allow users to make purchases directly from their mobile devices. Trust Pay CEO Sean D Conde said the creating an alliance between Trust Pay and Vox Communications has mutual benefits.
“Our partnership with Vox Communications will be a great alliance as we will have a concept that no other app can match. The VoIP application, with its superior technology and easy to use payment integration is the right mix of high quality voice and video paired with low international rates and text messaging, is the future of making calls,” said Conde.
Times are still hard for businesses and many enterprises are trying to cut costs wherever possible. One of the largest costs for a company is its overhead, which normally includes both technology and phone usage. Companies have begun to switch their backups and software to the cloud due to its minimal maintenance and accessibility to all employees in-house or at home. Companies have also been reaching out to organizations such as Trust Pay or other communication companies to develop a solution to the high communication costs.
Barry MacCheyne, CMO at Vox Communications, said working with Trust Pay would allow his company to expand into new markets. “We are excited to work with the industry leader in Mobile Wallet to launch and market our mobile VoIP application starting in South Africa and moving up into the African Continent,” said MacCheyne. “Our international calling features and robust network capabilities allow us the opportunity to partner with world class companies like Trust Pay.”
Vox Communications, Trust Pay, and Emoni still need to review the letter of intent, finish negotiations, and complete a final agreement before the integration between the companies will be official.
PVSP will get there folks. Its just going to take a little longer than some of us may have thought.
I agree 100% with everything you just posted.
Lets hope PVSP management can do it and turn the company into a winner.
Enjoy your weekend.
Lack of awareness and Peeps made a lot of money on PVSP since November! Get out while the $ is there is normally a good routine... A lot of verbiage in the pr's nothing to create a solid buy or hold for them... Possible dilution...IMO that's why we fell back.
In my brain this is a true long hold, I feel we can surpass 8x8 without issue for the arena we are about to enter.... Mobile
Here is my updated forecast (extreme summary)- start with international/long distance app, advertise, add video to android, throw international small business in mix with phone and app and online software, bring everything "i" to the party (that means include apple products), and finally sprinkle in some social networking somewhere some how and that is one hell of a 12 month pipeline... Oh yeah and become debt free cash flow positive BIGTIME, byebye shorts ;). Hello Nasdaq.
This is not like the old, we are here at the right time guys...
My humble opinion
GL
I would say no. The volume was too low the past two days. He cannot drop the 1.2-1.7M shares (my estimate) on the market all at once.
This is apart of the problem when volume is anemic. JMO
Also the MM have been playing there games to push the PPS lower, which would limit the amount of a sell order at the ask.
Cheers
Thanks for sharing. Indeed, very good points which may be address in the 10K. The 10K may also have other very interesting information... I hope.
Enjoy your weekend.
Well that's a little more like it, but I was expecting the mid .02's. Oh well, there's always next week. Maybe they can come out with some more good news. I'll be ready.
