I don't comment on day-to-day stock swings.

The 2010 10-K is expected within 10 days.
PVSPs annual results will be ugly.
This could have some impact on putative shareholders.

The thing I want to see in the K, would be a clarification on the G3/Vox commercial relationship.
Richards claims that G3 now "handles" PVSP's sales and marketing.
How does it works ?
Does G3 takes a commission on sales, a big commission or a small one ? Or does it works the other way ?
How big is G3's "residual" on Ojo subscriptions ?

Maybe some anwsers will be in the 10-K. Maybe not.
