Sorry for bothering anyone here. But, I'm new to trading. I've only been researching and trading for the last 10 months or so. I have a question about selling. Arent't we subject to 25% capital gains tax for every stock we sell? If that is true, why would anyone sell a stock for less than 25% profit? I'm also wondering. What is a concervative/realistic goal to sell a Penny stock at? Thanks.
