The Martha1. property (“Martha”) is located in the Province of Santa Cruz,
Argentina.
The closest community is the town of Gobernador Gregores, situated
approximately 50 road kilometers (km) to the west-southwest of Martha.
The
property is the site of past exploration for, and surface and underground mining
and recovery of, silver and gold from epithermal veins and vein breccias.

Patagonia acquired the Martha property as part of its Reverse Takeover of Hunt
Mining Corp. in 2019. The property consists of approximately 7,850 hectares of
concessions, various buildings and facilities, surface and underground mining and
support equipment, a 480 tonne per day (tpd – maximum) crushing, grinding and
flotation plant, tailings facility, various stockpiles and waste dumps, employee living
and cafeteria quarters. In addition, Patagonia has access to surface ranch
(“estancia”) lands surrounding the mine and mill site that are approximately 35,700
hectares in size.

The Martha mill has a proven capacity of 240 tonnes per day (expandable to 480
tpd) and is currently processing an average of 120 tonnes per day with resulting
gold and silver concentrate sold through a third party concentrate trading company.

Patagonia expects to process future high grade underground material from the Cap
Oeste project at Martha.

(“Patagonia” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PGDC) announces its audited results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 (“YE 2019”). The financial statements together with the management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”) are available on the Company’s website and on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Highlights

Revenue of US $21.9 million and gross profit of US $5.5 million in YE 2019.
In February 2019, the heap leach operations at Lomada and Cap Oeste were placed on care and maintenance.
Residual production at Cap Oeste of 7,796 ounces of gold and 237,727 ounces of silver and at Lomada of 3,969 ounces of gold.
Production at Martha of 232 ounces of gold and 65,620 ounces of silver.

Completion of the Reverse Takeover transaction with Hunt Mining Corp. on July 24, 2019.

At Calcatreu, the exploration program during 2019 was mostly focused on surface work, with a total of 41.28 line kilometers of Pole-Dipole geophysical surveying over the Nelson, Castro Norte, Fiero, Sabrina and Viuda de Castro areas, plus 121.5 line kilometers of gradient IP geophysics over Nelson, Sabrina and Mariano. An additional 1,687.2 km of ground magnetic surveying, covering 55.44sq km, were completed in the project covering several targets including V49 and Nelson.
Initiated a pre-feasibility study at Cap Oeste to assess the potential technical and economic extraction of the higher grade portion of the current mineral resources1.
Received the final approval closure plan for Lomada on November 2019 and started with the works of remediation in late 2019.

approval, it had completed an arm’s length Scheme of Arrangement with
Canadian-listed company Hunt Mining Corp. (“Hunt”) through which it had

The enlarged company is now known as Patagonia Gold Corp. and trades on

SANTA CRUZ PROVINCE

The volcanic plateau of the Deseado Massif, forming the core of Santa Cruz, is more than six million hectares in size and hosts several mines, including Cerro Negro, Cerro Vanguardia, Cerro Moro , Manantial Espejo and San Jose Huevos Verdes. As a result, Santa Cruz benefits from existing infrastructure and a workforce that understands exploration and mining. In addition, these projects are predominantly low Sulfidation, epithermal “bonanza” vein style gold­ and silver deposits and their brecciated equivalents. This style of mineralization is the main target for exploration in this region.

In addition to its operating and advanced-stage properties, Patagonia holds a number of advanced exploration projects in the province, covering over 133,000 hectares of prospective terrain.

RIO NEGRO PROVINCE
Rio Negro is a mining­ friendly province in Argentina with a proactive local government intent on increasing local investment and creating long term jobs growth.

The Company’s mining properties are located in the Somuncura Massif in a relevant geological and structural setting. The district contains many mineral showings along N­NNW trending belts, hosting several mines and mineral deposits, which represent different genetic models with various styles of mineralization.

In May 2017, Patagonia Gold announced that it had signed an exclusive six-­month option agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pan American Silver Corp. to acquire the Calcatreu gold­ and silver project in Rio Negro. This purchase option was exercised in December 2017 at a cost of US$15 million and the acquisition was completed in January 2018.

Calcatreu provides Patagonia Gold with the opportunity to develop a larger, longer life asset in a new, prospective and permissive jurisdiction.

CHUBUT PROVINCE
Legislation in place in Chubut currently bans open pit mining and the use of cyanide. This province is host to two world class deposits; Esquel and Navidad. Patagonia Gold holds approximately 360,000 hectares in the Province of Chubut with most of our mining properties in the vicinity of the Esquel and Navidad deposits.

In addition, Patagonia Gold entered into an option agreement with Latin Metals to acquire Mina Angela located in the northern part of Chubut Province. Mina Angela is an historic mine that was previously in production. It is located along the same mineralized corridor between Navidad and Calcatreu.

"HMXZF" Very good looking prospects for this company. Not much activity on this message board. I started taking a position last week. The more I understand the company - the more I have added on. With continued strength in Silver - "HMZXF" looks like a winner. IMHO

Martha mine, and announced in January 2017 the results from the explorative drilling program. With 16 holes drilled, 7 found mineralization of more than 1,000 grams per ton of silver with one interval grading 15,471 grams per ton of silver and 28.6 grams per ton of gold over 4 meters. (Note: these are the among the best drill results I've ever seen in my 40 years of investing in resource companies).
