If anyone needs more proof NUX is not the PCFG spinoff, It is listed on the Toronto stock exchange (TSX).

There is no way a company like Pacific Metals Corp with no history, no cash and only 20 million shares is listed on any stock exchange. Even a minor exchange like Toronto has a higher threshold for listing.

Warning - Don't sell thinking you are selling your PCFG spinoff shares. This is not that Pacific Metals. what you would actually be doing is shorting a totally different stock and you will eventually have to cover.

Pacific metals the spinoff does not yet have a symbol and is not trading. They do not have any money either. their only asset is the property they own and the good will reputation of their CEO Geiser.

Geisers good will and $1,000 will buy you a hot dog.

I made the same mistake couple of weeks ago.

This is not the PCFG spinoff. It is a completely different company.

New pacific metals is a canadian company that develops gold and silver property and then sells them.Most of their properties are in the Yukon Territory of CanadaThey are also negotiating a deal to develop properties in china.

Even though their operations are currently dormant, they have a real price because they have a history of selling propertys in the past. They have been trading for at least 5 years.

The PCFG spinoff does not have a ticker symbol yet and is not trading.

for those of yoy with Scottrade, The New Pacific Metals company is listed as NUXFF.

Star Gazer, it is the correct company. Look at the Q " Pacific Metals has been dependent on its parent company Pacific Gold Corp. to provide it with working capital since inception. In 2012,". I do not see the sales you speak of though. This certainly does not mean it will trade at the currently showing price.
