That’s not surprising with the type of people who are in government positions. They create draconian regulations and enforce them inconsistently. They then claim to be protecting you from yourself, but the people who get screwed the most are the ordinary citizens.

Suspending actionable Custodianships (even though this was granted in 2019 and we’ve heard nothing LOL) negates the impact of the new rules they’re trying to enforce, since it makes it harder for the custodian who is taking action to get the ticker current in the first place. It’s counter productive and I suspect whomever is doing these investigations does not fully understand what they are doing. There is no consistency at all.

It should trade and I suspect most will sell. I will keep in my account. Anything can happen in this market. Maybe the custodianship will work out. Worse case I’ll wait till the end of this year to see what happens or just offset taxes with a loss.

They should’ve NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about social media accounts. That’s a separate issue that should NOT fall under the purview of the SEC, AT ALL! That’s a 1st amendment thing. Cancel Culture is rampant these days and it’s obvious nobody has taken the time to actually READ the Constitution. If I say PTAH is a bad stock on this social forum, you don’t suspend PTAH, because Natureboy could have influenced the stock. You suspend PTAH for lack of information. Social media should never enter into the conversation where the SEC is concerned. Out of their jurisdiction.

Hardly any come off the grays. Once it is able to trade there will be no ask or bid. Matched trades only. Most likely a sell off once it is able to trade. A lot of brokers will not let you buy. Only sell your position.

Out of all the tickers suspended today, this one might be the best bet to bounce back since it is a custodianship. After 10 days the suspension is lifted and will probably trade on the grey market.
