Can the custodianship reach out to the SEC and let them know they have a active case. It defeats the purpose of they’re new rules and what they are trying to do lol

Suspending actionable Custodianships (even though this was granted in 2019 and we’ve heard nothing LOL) negates the impact of the new rules they’re trying to enforce, since it makes it harder for the custodian who is taking action to get the ticker current in the first place. It’s counter productive and I suspect whomever is doing these investigations does not fully understand what they are doing. There is no consistency at all.
