Dear Jeff,

Thanks for your response. When is the SHOM fourth quarter report coming out and also, are you working on diluting your company stock? There have not been any updates since June. I am planning to invest in your company and would like to see your current financial report to enable me make a good investment decision.

Here is the response within an hour:

3rd quarter will be out in November. 4th quarter is not due until January of 2011. Annual report for 2010 is due in March, 2011. Our focus has been running a sound operation and paying down debt. Jeffrey L. Sarvis
Mr. Sarvis began his professional career with Spartan Food Systems. He served as District Leader, Regional Leader, and Divisional Leader. In 1994, Mr. Sarvis was appointed to Vice President where he was responsible for all phases of the operation of 215 locations. Brittany Lucas
Brittany Lucas serves as a Secretary for Southern Home Medical and joined the company in 2006. Ms. Lucas has assisted Southern Home Medical in all aspects of the day to day operations of the company and has been fundamental in outlining the structural basis of the corporation. As a vital key player in the growth and foundation of Encore Medical Staffing, she has provided the Encore brand with support and knowledge for continuous expansion and development.
