Here is the email message I sent to the CEO of SHOM today:
Dear Jeff,
Thanks for your response. When is the SHOM fourth quarter report coming out and also, are you working on diluting your company stock? There have not been any updates since June. I am planning to invest in your company and would like to see your current financial report to enable me make a good investment decision.

Here is the response within an hour:
3rd quarter will be out in November. 4th quarter is not due until January of 2011. Annual report for 2010 is due in March, 2011. Our focus has been running a sound operation and paying down debt. No dilution, no reverse split. Other info please refer to the Pink Sheet for our information. Thanks for your interest and support. We appreciate all of shareholders.
