Camsing's stock has halted trading since July 19th. This is the guidance to get the stock trading again.
I think it depends on if Camsing can continue as a company.
The former Chairwoman borrowed hundreds of millions of dollars. Camsing may or may not be able to pay it back (if they are on the hook for it).
And, if fraud is proven, will other companies continue to do business with Camsing?
all of it
Which story?
POW! as a company?
Camsing's former chairwoman's (alleged) fraud?
Stan Lee's daughter's involvement with POW!?
This story isn't over yet, so it seems.

Has Stan Lee put his troubles behind him?
https://www.theguardian.com/books/2018/jul/20/stan-lee-troubles-disputes-marvel-universe
The man who created the Marvel universe has spent the past year struggling with illness and in a series of disputes. But things are ‘much better’ now, he says
Stan Lee wants you to know that he’s OK.
The 95-year-old mastermind of the Marvel universe has had a very bad year. His wife Joan died last July, after 69 years of marriage, and not long after, stories began to circulate suggesting he was being stolen from and abused. It was even reported that he had become estranged from his only surviving child. But things are looking up, he reports via email.
“I’m doing much better and I’m glad I have daughter JC helping looking after me,” he says. “I’m looking forward to my new business opportunities and other adventures I have planned.”
Stan’s extraordinary adventures began in 1961, when he and Jack Kirby created the modern superhero with the Fantastic Four. Working with Kirby and Steve Ditko, he went on to unleash characters including Spider-Man, the Hulk, the X-Men and the Avengers on an unsuspecting world. As the 21st century dawned, these spandexed stars conquered the mainstream, with Marvel properties from Iron Man to Thor becoming Hollywood fixtures. And always in the background – bounding on to convention stages with his trademark grin, flitting on to screens in a series of knowing cameos – was Stan Lee.

Despite his ebullient public persona, Stan’s later life has become enmeshed in a web of intrigue more complicated than anything Spider-Man could ever spin.
According to Kirk Schenck, the attorney who represents Stan’s daughter JC, his recent troubles have been building for some time.
“For years, JC and Joan were very protective of Stan’s finances,” says Schenck. “He was the creative type who preferred to delegate the management of the family’s money. Since her mother’s death, JC has had to operate alone to combat multiple men who descended on Stan in an effort to attach themselves to Stan and his various businesses and to manage his affairs.”
Schenck and fellow attorney Jonathan Freund, who represents Stan, say that over the last year there have been concerted efforts to sideline JC, a picture that she echoes in comments provided by Schenck and Freund via email.
“My father has always been my hero and protector,” JC writes. “This last year, I felt for the first time I had to protect him. So many villains were coming after him all at once. It has been quite a battle.”
The situation has been dogged by claim and counterclaim. There have been reports that Stan and JC’s relationship was volatile, especially after Joan’s death. Stan has declared that one or another of his associates is acting for him, only for this claim to be rescinded when someone else comes along. Max Anderson handled Stan’s personal appearances and convention guest spots for many years. He was pushed out in February. The publicist Jerry Olivarez worked with Stan from 2010, but was out of the inner circle by last December. With different sides in each dispute offering wildly differing accounts, it can sometimes be difficult to know who to believe. Some people are also reluctant to talk; both Anderson and Olivarez have not responded to requests for comment.
Another key figure is Keya Morgan, a 42-year-old memorabilia dealer from New York. In February, Stan sacked Tom Lallas, who had been acting as his attorney, with Morgan claiming a role as business manager. A police investigation into claims of elder abuse launched the same month. The situation reverse in June, when Lallas filed a restraining order on Morgan, suggesting that Stan suffered from impairments to his hearing, vision and memory, making him unable to resist “undue influence”.
Earlier this month the case shifted once again, with Schenck and Freund obtaining a new restraining order, including a signed statement from Stan, alleging that Lallas had “attempted to (re)insert himself into my legal affairs by expressing his desire to be my ‘guardian at litem’… knowing that I strongly objected to his purporting to take any act or omission on my behalf due to his past failures and self-serving conduct”.
The papers lodged with Los Angeles county court go on to demand that Lallas has no further contact with the media concerning the personal affairs of Stan or his family. Lallas has declined to offer any comment.
Morgan is also unwilling to discuss the case, beyond a formal denial of elder abuse. “Everything is so crazy,” he says, “but the things you read in the newspaper are completely false, and I have 100% proof. I cannot speak with the media until my lawyer allows it. But I will let you know as soon as we can.”
Stan’s friends have become steadily more concerned as he has struggled with macular degeneration, hearing loss and a bout of pneumonia. Peter David – who teamed up with the illustrator Colleen Doran to write Stan’s graphic memoir Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible in 2015 – recalls meeting Stan at a convention in 2017.
“He seemed fine at the time,” he says. “A bit more tired than I’d seen him before … He was losing his sight and his hearing, and knew it was one of the prices of old age but wasn’t at all accepting of it.” After Joan’s death, “it seemed as if he was withdrawing into himself. I could understand that, but it seemed as if his handlers were building walls between Stan and those who cared about him.”
It was late last year when Doran first became concerned. “You never think it’s going to happen to someone like Stan,” she says. “I guess I always thought he occupied some sort of super-terrestrial twilight world. He’s human, after all.”
According to Schenck, Stan’s generosity has left him vulnerable. “Occasionally there are those people who are too aggressive in attaching themselves to elderly icons like Stan Lee in an effort to take control of, and even defraud, the estate,” he says, adding that he and Freund are acting as lawyers for the Lee family, and not as business managers. “We’ve put in a bunch of checks and balances into Stan’s life. No one’s trying to take control, no one has a desire to take control, everyone is trying to assist and advise Stan in good faith and in consensus.”
Back in February, when Morgan said he was acting as business manager, Stan’s relationship with his daughter appeared to be under strain. Now Stan seems happy that things are back on track, suggesting in comments relayed via Schenck and Freund that JC may be his “greatest creation yet”.
“She and her team have helped me immensely over the last few months,” Stan says. “Just like my wife had, JC is now playing the role of protector.”
For JC, that’s a role she’s more than happy to take. “I love my father so much,” she says. “I am a daughter with a 95-year-old father who is an icon to many. The thought of someone seeking to alienate him from me in order to take advantage of his kind, trusting nature makes me angry and even more passionate about protecting him in the future. There is nothing I would not do to protect my dad. He’s always been there for me. I will stop at nothing to insure he get the best medical, financial and business assistance possible.”
There are still issues to be sorted out, of course, including an ongoing police investigation into allegations Stans’s belongings have been removed from the house without his consent.
But is Stan Lee really OK? “I feel confident my daughter and I have the right team in place to protect us as we sort out which of my past business associates did what,” he declares. “I am a very trusting person. I guess even at 95, I have a few lessons to learn.”

POW! Entertainment Procures the Exclusive | POW! Entertainment, |
|
Disney has expanded its partnership with POW! (Purveryors of Wonder) Entertainment,
led by comic book and film veteran Stan Lee, to include enhanced rights to creative
output of POW!, as well as certain exclusive consulting services.
"Stan has incredible creative energy and continues to come up with great original
stories that can work across many of our platforms, ranging from console games
to motion pictures and from our boys-focused Disney XD network to mobile devices,"
says Bob Chapek, president of worldwide distribution at Walt Disney Studios.
"Put that together with his knowledge and familiarity of the Marvel universe
and it makes perfect sense to extend our excellent working relationship
with Stan and POW!"
Disney initially teamed up with POW! in 2007. The newly expanded agreement also
sees Disney taking a 10 percent equity stake in POW! for $2.5 million.

Stan Lee Assembles His "Mighty 7"
Wed, May 16th, 2012 at 12:30pm PDT | Updated: 18 hours ago
These days, Stan Lee is unavoidable. The legendary writer behind Marvel Comics biggest icons (alongside artists Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby) has spent the past few months on another of his media-saturated stints traveling the country to talk up everything from the box office juggernaut "The Avengers" to a documentary about his life, and along the way he's filmed commercials for Dr. Pepper and more.
Of course, aside from being the elder statesman/promotional spokesman for comics on the national level, Lee also continues to create new concepts via his POW! Entertainment company. On top of recent launches from BOOM! Studios, Viz and 1821 Entertainment, the writer's most recent series is "Stan Lee's Mighty 7" - a new bi-monthly superhero series published by Archie Comics under a new Stan Lee Comics imprint.
Billed as "the world's first reality comic book," the "Mighty 7" series stars a comic version of Lee himself. As the comic writer within the comic struggles to create new superheroes for Archie, a team of both good guys (two Star Marshalls Asoara and Vallor) and bad guys (prisoners Blastok, Mercuria, Faidout, Ovalax and Telepan) crash land into his life. The particulars of that setup were unveiled recently in "Mighty 7" #1, and next week on May 23, issue #2 arrives in shops to further complicate matters with the addition of the villain Frightmask to the mix. CBR News spoke with Lee about the series creation, his history with non-superhero comics from romance to teen comedy, how he's poking fun at himself in the book, how the collaboration with "Mighty 7" script writers Tony Blake and Paul Jackson and artist Alex Saviuk has gone to date and more.

Stan Lee is on a role! Lionsgate has acquired a new and original superhero property from Stan Lee and his POW! Entertainment.
Smallville's Alfred Gough and Miles Millar will write, direct and produce the movie through their Millar/Gough Ink production company.
Just yesterday Lee locked down Dan Gilroy (Real Steel) to adapt an original treatment of his called The Annihilator.
Of course no details have been revealed for the project yet, but it's being described as a "multigenerational superhero movie that
spans several decades." Now that sounds like it could be interesting, I would really love to learn more about it! This could be a
cool movie.
According to Variety, "The comicbook vet approached Gough and Millar with the superhero concept after becoming a fan of Smallville
and collaborating with the two scribes on Spider-Man 2." The two writers are currently in the middle of producing the new Sylvester
Stallone action film Bullet to the Head, which is based on the French graphic novel "Du Plomb Dans La Tete," for Warner Bros.

Stan Lee Outlines New MTV Geek Comic Series 'The Seekers' (Exclusive Q&A)
Novemeber 11 / 2011 by John Gaudiosi
Stan Lee sets three with Disney
The Hollywood Reporter
Comic book legend Stan Lee has set up three projects at Disney, which houses his production shingle POW! Entertainment. The projects have attracted Oscar nominee Richard LaGravenese, scribe Gary Goldman and Robert Teitel and George Tillman Jr. of State Street Pictures.
The projects are based on stories and ideas from Lee, who will executive produce with his POW! partner Gill Champion.
Lee and Champion said the projects are intended to be films with franchise potential, with the first installments intended to serve as an origin story that lays out the mythology of the plot and characters.
"I only hope Disney will have room at the theme park once they become the tentpole franchises that we envision them to be," Lee joked.
LaGravenese is attached to write and direct "Nick Ratchet," revolving around the exploits of a private eye.
LaGravenese last wrote and directed "P.S. I Love You." He was nominated for an Oscar for writing "The Fisher King."
The action-adventure project "Blaze" is being written by Goldman ("Next").
"Tigress" ( working title ) follows a woman who starts getting tiger-like instincts. It's being written by relative newcomer Zoe Green.
Green, a Cambridge undergrad who attended UCLA's directing program, wrote for BBC's "Wolverine & the X-Men" cartoon series.
Lee's POW! entered a multiyear first-look deal with Disney in June.
Disney, Pow Entertainment ink multi-year deal
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Walt Disney Studios, a unit of the Walt Disney Co. DIS +0.38% ,

and producer Stan Lee and his production company Pow Entertainment Inc. .
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Under the terms of the deal, Lee and his production
