I DID ask to have this board changed to a free board so we can get as many NTEK longs over here as we can get. We'll have to monitor the NTEK board as well, but think of this board as a "retreat" from all the nonsense posted on the NTEK board...and you won't have to worry about having your posts deleted because you've "offended" a basher.

I'm not sure I have an answer to your question on "crowd funding" but I think NTEK wants to take care of its shareholders. We have buybacks just announced, we're getting our second round of dividends coming up, and I DO believe we have some major announcements coming up. The company even addressed the pps and did not have an answer except to say insiders are buying on the open market and they feel that those who bought in the pre-penny days have bailed out after waiting a year.

We all know that NTEK is being shorted. Is some large hedge fund behind it as was suggested at one time....not sure, maybe. But we also all know as soon as we get a few more PR's, these prices will be so envyable but will be gone forever.

What do you suppose is behind the mentioning of "crowd funding" at the SHM?

I didn't think with all their converting of movies, etc. that they'd be hurting for funds.

Do you suppose NTEK would use something like "crowd funding" as an alternative advertising/promotional scheme rather than an actual fund raising opportunity?

This really reminds me of this time 1 year ago May/June 2013 when NTEK unnecessarily went into .01-.009 range. I feel like this .045-.049 range is a flat out share giveaway, I'm adding as much as I can here.

Also, I'm ALL IN on NTEK, I really can't see a better opportunity given what we know....just a matter of time here!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed; I'm approaching 2 million shares and intend to continue. At these levels, it's a no brainer. I keep on thinking about all those start up companies who are now trading in the dollars. Yes, a lot of start up companies have also gone out of business, but NTEK has too much going on for that to happen.

Soon after NTEK & Google finish testing their latest coding changes, I expect they're going to shift into accelerated distribution mode and we should then start hearing more product progress reports from our folks at NTEK.

I have PHYSICALLY attended the NTEK Shareholder Meeting, visited NTEK facilities, talked to passionate NTEK executives, talked to excited NTEK employees, talked to real NTEK Shareholders, held NTEK products, seen in-person demonstrations of NTEK products ...

The company is an innovative growing Start-up (now with 52 employees) and is already directly dealing with some significant Industry GIANTS ... Never seen anything like it ... It simply is my opinion that NTEK is the REAL DEAL and I do NOT mind at all just being patient and accumulating ... one week, one month, 6 months, one year ... I don't really care ... That's my opinion and it CANNOT be changed by FAKE altruism or BOGUS benevolence ... I am more than happy to continue to pocket cheapies for a long period of time ... Business is NOT easy and is certainly NOT instant ...

Some create American Jobs (like NanoTech) ... Others put their efforts in destroying American Jobs ...

Yes! I started to write a post on NTEK about pennies being a TRADERS outlet. Most here do not believe in INVESTING in pennies. Quite frankly I wish I had more money at these prices it's a gift.
People here go for quick profits.. I can't argue with the point of view. I believe this is just one of those rare finds..

I watched it last night finally. It's clear why the sp is dropping. OTC traders are impatient. A fabulous buying opportunity imo.

The thing with NTEK is that yes, I completely believe that the products and services for this company have an incredible opportunity to help the company shine and do amazingly well. I think the problem with the NTEK board is that there are *SO* many bashers, and it's like a posting onslaught of information that may or may not have valid points, so it just becomes almost impossible to glean any useful information off that board whatsoever.

Honestly, despite the fact that I am spending almost every free penny I have buying more NTEK shares whenever I can, I do have some concerns that there have been no announcements and the delays keep happening over and over again. It doesn't mean I don't have faith that it's coming, but certainly watching the constant decline is disconcerting. That said, the share buybacks could go phenomenally well if prices continue to decrease.

One of the main reasons I started buying in the first place was the share buyback that the company has been doing. That alone made me believe that THEY believe in their company, and any share they buy back is only going to help the PPS increase eventually.

Thanks for making this board Plato. The NTEK board is actually almost exhausting to read anymore, so it's nice to be able to come here and not read a lot of "ZZZZ's" on every other post.
