I'm not sure I have an answer to your question on "crowd funding" but I think NTEK wants to take care of its shareholders. We have buybacks just announced, we're getting our second round of dividends coming up, and I DO believe we have some major announcements coming up. The company even addressed the pps and did not have an answer except to say insiders are buying on the open market and they feel that those who bought in the pre-penny days have bailed out after waiting a year.
We all know that NTEK is being shorted. Is some large hedge fund behind it as was suggested at one time....not sure, maybe. But we also all know as soon as we get a few more PR's, these prices will be so envyable but will be gone forever.
