@PCTL_ my research indicates most likely upcoming catalysts are; bankruptcy, reverse split, trading halt, delist, criminal indictment, abandonment, summary judgment awarding Auctus the entire debt ridden black hole.
Wow... This is just incredible. Pct improving? They are routinely hitting 52 week lows. They have gone from 9 cents to sub penny despite being a disinfectant company that just saw the biggest pandemic in history lol
PCT is not improving. Their best attribute is pushing out bs fluff, which their also horrible at, and they haven't even improved their.
They are really good at making sure Gary, his family, and other insiders are taken care of though. Even if it's really the shareholders who are truly handling that burden, that's really some reward lol.
PCT improving and rewarding shareholders... that really is some ROTFLMAO BS post content. Thanks for the laugh.
In a bad market these dink, little junk stocks will take it on the chin
Look at PCT with a market cap around $5m, and thats not even counting the 100's of millions more shares fully diluted
Who the heck would spend $5m to buy this company with $892 in the bank, a growthless puny $1.2m annual revs, a stockholder deficit of about $4m which is truly underestimated, and losing $$ for years
Well, thats what any buyers are doing now, paying a $5m valuation with every share purchased
Sounds insane
ROTFLMFAO YOUR POSTS CONTENT IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE,,,.LOOKING AT THE MARKET OVERALL PCTL IS IMPROOVING AND REWARDING ITS SHAREHOLDERS...AGAIN...ROTFLMFAO

Tweet of “3 machines”? See the Rehash from 2019 machines in the oil. It should cover 14 days of burn rate! Lmao
LITTLE RIVER, S.C., Feb. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PCT LTD (OTC Pink: PCTL), through its operating subsidiary, Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation (PCT Corp), a leader in environmentally safe, non-toxic, antimicrobial solutions announced today it has sold and is currently installing a large volume C-104 Hydrolyte® System to an existing customer, H2S Safe Treat, Inc. of Ada, OK (H2S). H2S requested and has agreed to an option to purchase four more C-104 Systems at the agreed pricing schedule on or before September 15, 2019. H2S currently operates a lower volume C-102 system purchased in July 2018 for the generation of fluids used in its proprietary treatment process which removes environmentally and commercially harmful Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) from crude oil and natural gas. H2S is expanding the beta field-testing of its proven treatment and decontamination processes as it moves toward commercial scale operations.
Aaron Vogt, CEO of H2S, stated, “We are very pleased with the performance of the PCT equipment and systems in our initial Beta field tests. Those tests are being expanded from single to multiple well and subsequently to multiple field operations. The reliability, technical support and ease of operation of PCT systems convinced us to name PCT as our systems supplier for the expanded field-testing program and commercial roll-out. This is why we have agreed to option the purchase of 4 additional systems to provide the increasing volume of fluids we will require over the coming months.”
Gary Grieco, Chairman & President of PCT Ltd, noted that, “if the purchase options are exercised by H2S, it will increase our sales of Large Volume Systems from $60,00 to over $180,000 for the current year”. PCT’s Large Volume Hydrolyte® Systems are now being used to remediate infection and contamination problems in both the Agricultural and Oil & Gas markets. The ability to produce thousands of gallons per day, per system, allows the Hydrolyte® fluid solutions to be used to treat existing oil or gas wells to reduce hydrogen sulfide in “sour wells,” to reduce maintenance problems, and to disinfect fracking water used in hydraulic fracturing.

Oh goodie!!!
So PCT has narrowed down the purpose of those 3 generators by telling investors its not for testing? Super!!
Now all we need to do is weed out the other 99 possible reasons for shipping those generators
Joke of a company
PCT just responded to a question on Twitter.
“Thank you for the question. The machines that were shipped is not for more testing.
Stay tuned for more information sooner than later.”
Apples and oranges, dude, re "PCTLs share price"

Most hilarious post of the day (thus far),
2 big tweets not doing much good for PCTLs share price
It appears investors have caught on to their fluff tweets, podcasts and PRs
They want verifiable meaningful revenue news, not this cheap junk they keep putting out to head fake investors
They still havent learned
SMH
First off, the tweet claimed to have shipped 3 generators... Then the post that we'll have to wait for remaining details.. Fair enough!
@PCTL_ Same ambiguous nothing burger verbiage. Historical developments such as shipping or placing explode expenses and produce negative revenues.

3 machines were shipped, that much we know. As already stated, we will have to wait for remaining details. The tweet said 3 machines were shipped.
If anyone wants to believe that PCT sent 3 machines to one company for testing, that's up to them I guess. Precedent has been one machine for testing.
Everything else is maybe's and speculation. Logic says that 3 machines to one company is likely something more than just for testing IMO of course.
Twisting word games are exhausting... best to wait for more details to come. Good to see signs of activity whatever the final details may be.
Where did the tweet state 3 machines were ordered?
PCTL Long shareholders, like me, are quite pleased with current update.
Past issue with nefarious parties by revealing way too much information.
I look forward to an update when the time for it comes. 8 days left for Q3.

Like I said, time will tell. I can't speak to exact details of which I do not know and neither can you.
But in the past I don't believe PCT has shipped multiple machines to one company/destination without being a revenue placement. If you know of such a case please share. Previous testing arrangements have been one machine IMO.
Whats significant about it? Hasnt PCT shipped machines in the past and not generated revenue from it?
Well, I guess we will need to wait for more details to say for sure on this. But my view is that this is a good sign of activity moving forward for O&G. An oil service company receiving THREE machines is not insignificant.
Past precedent has been that only one machine was used for testing purposes and it was moved around as needed. It seems unlikely to me that they would ship THREE machines to ONE company for any reason other than an order/contract.
But yes... we need more details which I expect will come soon.
Your post content is bullshit. Zero supporting DD.

@PCTL_ more vague ambiguous developments. Nothing was sold. My research indicates those machines are a gift at shareholders expense likely given to a Grieco friend or family members defunct operation. Don’t believe anything this company implies.
3 generators including our newest generator not shown due to proprietary technology shipped to an oil service company for our subsidiary 21st Century Energy Inc.

@PCTL_ All In Art paid to create subsidiaries so he can issue himself more shares.
Honestly I don’t know what you are asking for. You want me to link to one of your posts? Who’s making up what?
I said operations are real. You said yes but revenues are terrible, which I agree with. Therefore you agreed that operations and product do exist.
Honestly... what do you want me provide a link to? I already stated I was summarizing and address the general theme around here lately. Can't link to that, just read the board. There have been many posts suggesting that everything is BS, made up, etc. The facts clearly show that is not the case.
Interesting misquote once again, removing the end off it.
PCTL shareholders read DD, so pick up on those things.
What aandt actually posting ret PCTL was the following:
It's been a general theme around here lately. False narrative with no basis in facts or reality. Meanwhile there is plenty of freely available proof of activity and sales, which we have already agreed is in need of improvement.
Is PCT struggling? Yes. Share price clearly reflects that. But the product is real and it does have potential. I can recall that you yourself have acknowledged that as fact. HOCl is a proven product with proven applications. If PCT can get it together then they can deliver value to shareholders.
Interesting misquote, taking the end off of it to change it.
PCTL shareholders read DD, so pick up on those things.
What aandt actually posting ret PCTL was the following:
I dont recall recently reading this
Four trades.. Nuff said. This scam is Finished
Like I said... these are two entirely different discussions. I agree, and even the CFO agrees... results have been dismal.
But nice to see you agree that the recent suggestions that PCT is a company with no operations at all are incorrect. The operations do in fact exist even though they are struggling to produce optimal results. That point I do agree on.
These are also the FACTS in BOLD
I agree... facts are facts.
These are the facts-
PCT has machines placed in NYC Hospitals through ACE. That has been verified many times. They also have machines in a few other hospitals, also been verified through third party sources.
PCT sells fluids for various uses, sales of fluids have decreased but they do exist. Sales are through distributors and also some are direct from the company. Proof is seen in purchase records verified by universities and records in state documents.
PCT has an active EPA registration, easily verified by the EPA
PCT is in partnerships with various other companies in efforts to develop new uses of fluids and machines, also verified through other sources. Companies like NanoGas, Maverick, Onza just to name a few. You can argue if you want about the prospects of said partnerships if you want but the endeavors are all real and verifiable using third party resources.
PCT is a legitimate company. If you want to discuss successes and failures, and future prospects that is a different discussion entirely. The frustration is real and shared by many longs. But the company is a real company with legitimate business.
Links have all been freely shared in the past. If anyone wants a specific link again please let me know. I am always happy to share findings here with this friendly investor community we have here.
@PCTL_ Nigerian Cash Infusion LMAO oops someone let Gary use email.
"enough verification from 3rd parties to verify they're doing what they said they'd do" LMFAO what a crock.
To date, the only "3rd party verification" has been other nameless rinky dink operations and shady lenders.
Remember when the claim was made "I looked into the Nigerian company, they're legit" was made by the same individual? How'd that turn out?
Facts are facts no matter how you try to window dress them. Pct is worthless, their partnerships are worthless, and their stock is, and always will be worthless.
With 3rd party verification to prove pct is legit... Lol what a crock of bs.
Oh. More bullshit and unkept promises from the Co.
That's not just Oct 1, that's 24/7 365.
Exactly. Great to know. Enjoy the read.
Glad I’m PCTL Long and I smile widely.

Our products (equipment) and solutions (Hydrolyte® and Catholyte Free®) are designed to take an environmentally conscious approach to combat the spread of infectious disease in the healthcare and Cleaning/Sanitation industries, as well as contributing to the sustainability of global natural resources in the agriculture markets.
Our technology produces an effective pre-determined PPM Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily changing the makeup of water, bypassing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell, and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent, exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Many billions of dollars a year are spent by individuals, organizations, and the health care system to treat people who get infectious diseases caused by microbes including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. With the advent of adaptive and ever more dangerous microorganisms called “superbugs”, the danger of acquiring life-threatening infections is real and growing. This danger affects everyone anytime they are in space where people gather, any microbe contaminating that space is a possible source of infection. With American’s spending 20 or more hours a day indoors, much of it in spaces that are not cleaned and sanitized/ disinfected properly, the threat of infection is constant, growing, and dangerous, particularly to our vulnerable populations of the very young, elderly and infirm.
Infectious diseases were associated with an economic burden of over $120 billion in the U.S. in 2014. Antibiotic-resistant infections cost Americans $20 billion in direct medical costs and $35 billion in lost productivity in 2014. A particularly acute problem is Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) which are increasingly hard to kill or treat effectively. As a result, doctors struggle to contain, fight and cure increasingly antibiotic-resistant infections such as MRSA, and C. Diff. The more antibiotics, medicines, pesticides and disinfectants are used to kill them, the quicker the microorganisms adapt, becoming ever stronger and more drug-resistant. Researchers estimate that, if the U.S. could reduce the number of hospital-acquired infections by 20%, healthcare providers would save nearly $7 billion per year. Insurance companies are beginning to deny coverage for treatment of HAIs, forcing hospitals to self-insure. This will create an immense financial and risk-management burden on hospitals, long-term medical, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities.
Overcoming the problem of microbial contamination and infectious disease can be straightforward. It requires proper products, equipment, protocols, education, and training for comprehensive and reliable cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting solutions.PCT Corp. offers these with its comprehensive “Green Cleaning” and Infection Control Systems. Infectious microbes cannot develop resistance to the cleaning and sanitizing products PCT Corp. uses and they are much less toxic to humans or pets than traditional agents such as bleach and ammonia.
The products are used through a commercially-ready, patented, integrated product and technology solution for total facility cleaning and sanitizing. This system and solution, The PCT Annihilyzer® Infection Control System, was specifically designed for use in hospitals, assisted living and nursing homes, and other large facilities. In various configurations, the solution system can be deployed in urgent care centers, medical, dental, and veterinary practices, and other health care facilities. A complete and custom turn-key cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection program solution can be provided to each facility. It is also adaptable to deployment in schools, prisons, hotels, and many other facilities.
PCT has launched a major marketing and sales effort in the hospital facilities market and The PCT Annihilyzer® System has now been deployed in several hospitals in the eastern U.S.

Nano-Catholyte treated oil on its way to an oil refinery
Hospital-acquired infections (HAI) — also known as a nosocomial infection — is an infection that is contracted from the environment or staff of a healthcare facility. It can be spread in the hospital environment, nursing home environment, rehabilitation facility, clinic, or other clinical settings. In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated roughly 1.7 million hospital-associated infections, from all types of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi combined, cause or contribute to 99,000 deaths each year.
Our goal is to provide solutions to this issue, by outfitting a healthcare setting with the technology and guidance needed to effectively get the job done - all through a dedicated partnership to prevent and eradicate the spread of infectious disease.
Oil and Gas:
Waste Water Treatment
Our system helps to decontaminate “frac” water for reuse in the fracking process, saving the industry millions of dollars and preserving the world’s water supply. Some of the many benefits of our system/process include: Elimination of highly toxic chemicals currently used for decontamination, reduced negative environmental impact, reduced recovery costs and potentially opening new areas for oil and gas retrieval.
Turning “Sour” Crude Oil to “Sweet”
In other areas in the gas and oil industry that presents a challenge is in treating existing wells for the presence of H2S of hydrogen sulfide. H2S is a large and growing problem in the industry, due to its continued introduction of bacteria in the fracking process. H2S causes increased production costs. Our solutions reduce those costs and reduce the environmental impact.
Agriculture:
In the agriculture world, through USDA grants and multiple studies by universities around the world, Hypochlorous acid solutions have been tested and proven effective against yield-reducing crop pathogens in post-harvest applications to include sanitizing at point of harvest, point of packing and points of sale.
We are hoping to help stop these crop-devastating pathogens with our hypochlorous solutions that are known to be environmentally responsible and designed to improve and maintain crop yields, to produce a healthier overall harvest.
School Systems:
Dedicated to the success of students, schools are faced with a multitude of challenges to reach their goal of providing a solid education and an environment for healthy growth. To add to the list of responsibilities of school administrators, the battle of keeping absenteeism down, preventing the spread of infectious disease and keeping a clean environment bears a heavy load. Not only are the traditional cleaning products losing their effectiveness - thus allowing drug/antimicrobial resistant pathogens to wreak havoc - they are also polluting the indoor air with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are known to cause respiratory-related issues, headaches and other ailments.
By providing daycare facilities, school systems and universities with a better alternative to poisonous, caustic chemical cleaning/antimicrobial agents, we’re providing a more productive environment. Not only are you killing germs with a product that eradicates them completely - keeping them from becoming resistant - you’re doing so with a product that doesn’t cause harm to the user, students or faculty.
Hotel and Tourism:
Similar to the healthcare environment, the hotel and tourism industry (i.e resorts, airports, cruise ships, etc.) are subject to communicable diseases. In the healthcare market, they are referred to as Hospital-Acquired Infections/Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) and in the hotel and tourism industry, they are known as Community-Acquired Infections. With as many different people traveling through these areas, from all sorts of countries and carrying various types of ailments or pathogens with them, consider the potential for an uncontrollable spread of these germs.
Outbreaks are typically caused by lack of proper processes and/or a failing product. Our ECA technology is designed to help anyone in the industry to get a grip on the issue and succeed at their main goal: providing an awesome experience for their guests.
Food Service/Production:
Our sanitizer strength solution meets the requirement of the FDA and USDA, to be a non-rinse sanitizing agent. In the world of dealing with food, why not use a product that actually kills food-borne pathogens - without containing any toxic chemicals that would harm the quality of the product?
Whether you’re dealing with meat, poultry or just need to maintain a facility’s defense against Salmonella/E. coli, contact us about using our solutions
Forget harsh, toxic chemicals. Our process only requires salt, water and electricity to produce two products –a chlorine-based antimicrobial agent and an excellent degreasing cleaner.
Our technology produces an effective variable PPM hypochlorous acid solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily modifying the properties of water, by passing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Catholyte or sodium hydroxide, is an aqueous solution that is the natural byproduct of the electrolysis process, and is used to reduce microbe contamination and soil loads that can harbor germs on hard surfaces.
Catholyte is also a very effective degreaser and is a great option to safely clean floors without hazardous fumes, thus improving indoor air quality.
