Look at PCT with a market cap around $5m, and thats not even counting the 100's of millions more shares fully diluted

Who the heck would spend $5m to buy this company with $892 in the bank, a growthless puny $1.2m annual revs, a stockholder deficit of about $4m which is truly underestimated, and losing $$ for years

Well, thats what any buyers are doing now, paying a $5m valuation with every share purchased

Sounds insane
