$PCTL LOL the Court is going to settle that Question?
Has PCT disclosed its Settlement Agreement with Auctus?
One should be able to determine if the Warrants were part of the Settlement Agreement
Has PCT shared the agreement with shareholders?
Dade
Any further updates regarding PCTL suing Auctus?
I would like to point out that:
PCT is suing Auctus. Auctus must defend its alleged illegal actions.
PCT has accused AUCTUS of lying to the transfer agent.
PCT has demanded a Jury Trial. Not Auctus. As misrepresented previously by you.
PCT HAS recently added an additional demand to it's complaint.
PCT Brought he suit, NOT AUCTUS.
Just incase you get it backward AGAIN!
LOL PCT did not have sufficient shares. Against what? an illegal grab of shares. LOL KMA. Please catch up on the suit.
Most Hilarious is you Quote another poster as if its a verifiable fact. I've read the entire ACTUAL complaint. It's available to all. Auctus is on it's heals. PCT is charging ahead, straight at them.
How could one possibly know all PCT shareholders are adults???
No reason for you to be concerned about PCTL Shareholders..
PCTL shareholders are all adults.
How could you possibly know what PCTL shareholders are hopeful of ???
Only PCTL shareholders now what concerns them.
I'd suggest you Be concerned with your holdings, not those who hold PCTL.
There has been no mention of "the Nigerians" ordering any of PCT's products.
The Nigerian investment is related to EOR. Best to stay current.
Makes it a Bullshit question....
As PCT has not indicated a Nigerian purchase of any amount of PCT Product.
Right???
$PCTL Drug-resistant infections and deaths among hospital patients grew amid Covid-19 pandemic: Nearly 40% of those deaths were among people who got the infection while in the hospital, according to the CDC report.

$PCTL here is the Conference good like finding the information that claimed to have been presented there? https://ipchfm.scot/
https://ipchfm.scot/conference-programme/
A post with no links is very suspect & I'm sure everyone would agree!!
What is your source for this info?
At a Scottish NHS Infection Control Conference a few weeks ago a number of delegates discussed TUTUM and Pathisol with obvious TUTUM misinformation about true Pathisol ppm's and longevity once generated.
Your PCTL post content is Bullshit!!
Glad to see a new user on iHub and the PCTL board as well.
Lotsa solid DD, links, etc. ahead of Q2 fins, then Q3 and Q4.
As always, please contact the company for any questions at
https://www.PCTL.com -or- on twitter: https://twitter.com/pctl_
I enjoy speaking with them and usually get an answer unless,
of course, things are being worked on or readied for release.
Good luck with PCTL. Still a good time to buy low, before any
big release comes out and it moves higher. Again, good luck.
$PCTL
If this is true, I am extremely concerned for PCT shareholders as well as PCTs credibility
A very gloomy picture regarding the UK
Shareholders were so hopeful!!
The Nigerians are very serious about the testing, oil is big business in Nigeria,the testing is going very,very well and they are in for more business with PCTL, which means more $$$$$$$$$$ Also the hospital business $$$$$$ is increasing and Q2'S EARNINGS HAVE IMPROVED QUITE A BIT
Any Tweets of the 4 gallon Nigerian order? Tia
Lol... They just need help getting their money out of the country, all they need is your bank account and ssn and they'll transfer 8m to you immediately.
Where is the long promised UK White Paper...?
At a recent UK NHS Conference & Exhibition TUTUM Pathisol was heavily promoted with grand claims about direct NHS connections leading to more detailed investigations into who exactly are TUTUM and their NHS status which seems soley tied to two guys Tony Sullivan & Graeme Kelly employed by NHS North Tees Trust as Infection Control trainers making this promised White Paper not an truly independent official test but a TUTUM generated localized use of Pathisol using their own people. Whatever the White Paper will reveal is therefore suspect as not truly an independent Third Party assessment. At a Scottish NHS Infection Control Conference a few weeks ago a number of delegates discussed TUTUM and Pathisol with obvious TUTUM misinformation about true Pathisol ppm's and longevity once generated. Dwell times were not revealed. As a real HOCL expert was present, certain pro-Pathisol delegates were told about true HOCL performance, negatives as well as positives. TUTUM really needs to be very careful about misusing their claimed NHS affiliations as some people are now looking very closely into TUTUM's advertising, unsubstantiated claims made and potential misuse of their true NHS status. NTH Solutions is the NHS link, not TUTUM. TUTUM is a UK registered private company facing really strong UK competitors such as Aqualution who offer far better and lower cost stable HOCL than Pathisol. If TUTUM did create any real NHS interest in both Pathisol and especially the US PCT Ltd Pathisol Annihilyzer machine there are numerous UK and EU direct competitors who will offer viable alternative HOCL options, as all UK NHS Trusts have to publish tenders before selecting a supplier which means TUTUM and PCT USA are not guaranteed any UK NHS exclusivity should generic HOCL be specified. The results of the long promised White Paper once published will alert every HOCL competitor to offer their far better products and machinery, all from 100% fully funded and financially solvent sources. NHS Trusts will no-doubt be told that PCT USA is insolvent and could collapse making purchasing an Annihilyzer an unwise decision, as should PCT cease trading means no spares and backup. It is therefore highly likely competitors will use open-source US stock market information to their advantage and commercially savage Pathisol, PCT Ltd and their Annihilyzer.
A clarification for accuracy- this statement is incorrect-
Gary didn’t care about burning shareholders @PCTL he knew this was his last opportunity and he took it for all it was worth. Nigerians - LOL - who believed that?
Is there a tier lower than the pink sheet where they require a closing price of less than a lousy cent for 30 days before they can downlist? Asking for a friend. His name is Gary. Cuz that otcqb dream is up in smoke chuckles.
Really gotta wonder why if it's so effective, no news hospitals have signed on since covid and why most of the hospitals are investing in uv. I'm sure chuckles will have some nonsense to post about but the bottom line is, no one gives a shit. No customers, no revenue, no hope, just truck loads of bullshit.
So when covid hit, everyone blamed covid for the lack of new hospitals and said just wait until after covid. Then covid restrictions eased, and still no new clients, ok 1 or 2, but really, let's be real, that's nothing. Now we're over a year removed from the worst of it, and there's still no new clients, but now there's more bs verticals to look forward to. I distinctly remember calling bs on the oil and gas bs when it was announced. I said the only thing that will come of it is more testing, and then more testing after that. I got told the same bullshit then, how I'm FOS and how a certain id10t needed a good laugh, and that millions of dollars were imminent, yet here we are and I've been proven right so far. Imagine that. It does crack me up at the broken record that gets spewed here about the future, about all the great things pct is doing, and all the bullshit about millions in revenue. Bottom line, not one single pumper can claim they've been right for the last few years. Pct is garbage. Plain and simple. What a laughing stock huh chuckles? Must suck to be so far down on a sinking ship. Better luck next time.
Not to fear Jim! The same bs that's been pushed around here for almost 3 years is still being pushed. While pct can't sell hocl to save their lives, these few posters here will Cynthia's to rip off unsuspecting investors for as long as they can. Far longer than that dwell time required for hocl to be effective.
Can't wait to see how the Q2 fins get spun.
My guess is that the hospitals are tired of mopping up the soaking rooms. Just a guess. Maybe they should run the pool water though the fire sprinklers. Chuckles What a scam
You might find this interesting
you stated
Deflection seriously lmao... Sorry to say it's factual and that's what people want to know. PCTL has Annihilyzers in NYC, Boston, NC NV hospitals. They wouldn't be using the system if it didn't work well. In fact, 1 New England hospital liked the system so much that they ordered 2 additional carts.
Those are the facts
Not some bullshit but, hey that was some response posted
LMAO to funny
Seems like your post is full of the usual bullshit deflection. Wonder why there's no other hospitals coming on board? Wonder why pct has no dedicated sales force trying to get into hospitals? Wonder why pct continues to "enter into new verticals"? Must be because of the bullshit I read here huh chuckles? Maybe the reason they're only doing 300k a quarter is the rest of the hospitals in the country, literally hundreds and thousands of them, aren't touching this solution? But yeah, that's great that 20 or so hospitals are using it. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the other thousands of hospitals that aren't using it simply say oh, ok well get right on that lol... Too bad you can't pay the rent the rent with chuckles at chuckles? Maybe someday one of pcts incredible verticals will produce more than a laugh. Until then, you're posts bs it's nothing but that. Total. Bull. Shit.
Bingo and thus is why savvy PCTL investors like me continue to buy/add this bargain stock.
Looking ahead to catalysts to inked deals. Here’s to Q2 fins in a month, then to Q3 and Q4.
GL to every PCTL shareholder!
I’m positive and patient.
Greener times
in 2022!
$PCTL
Doesn’t seem to be an issue to hospitals in the NYC area, hospitals in the Boston area, Nevada or NC. All hospitals using PCTL’s Annihilyzer.
Seems the post is pure bullshit
Been a while since I had a good laugh
Bingo and thus is why no one is buying the Pool Water from this sham
10 minutes is a huge amount of dwell time. Ensuring enough saturation and even coverage, while ensuring it doesn't dry too fast is not a safe bet.
By contrast, bleach requires a 1 minute dwell time while AHP requires a 2 minute dwell time, on average, for covid 19.
While many will say that hocl is a safer alternative, and I concur. It allows for too many things to go wrong so to speak. UV is gaining in popularity because it's wickedly quick at killing microorganisms and more or less safe to use. It also has draw backs, but the handheld units all but eliminate the line of sight issues associated with it.
Bottom line, hospitals like to mitigate risk and hocl doesn't really check that box off and in fact leaves quite a bit of potential risk on the table, even more so than the current Disinfectants hospitals currently employee (bleach, AHP, and uv)
Publicly speaking, yes. Hearsay wise, the claim is pct leaked it privately.
Thanks for the great article.
Perhaps you can suggest to pctl that they bring the author aboard as a Consultant. Might be worth a personal meeting as well since he's only a few hours away in Spartanburg.
Dos make you wonder why hospitals have been so slow in renewing and/or expanding ties with PCTL.
Thanks TGC
I appreciate the straight scoop.
So PCT did not state any actual value? Correct? Just the Nigerian involvement and it's probable use? Veracity aside.
~~~POST OF THE DAY~~~
Thanks for the info ACE
TGC, I Gotta ask...
Where did the 8 million amount come from?
A unsupported posting?
"according to the IR"
-OR-
A PCT PR?
A PCT tweet?
A PCT 8K?
A PCT podcast?
You wrote;
I Agree, Great Article aandt, worth reading in it's entirety, I would also note it's contemporary, written post Covid breakout.
Great Take Away Paragraph;
~Post Of The Week~
With all of this "amazing stuff" going on, why is the share price declining instead of climbing?
Hospitals aren't interested in pct.
Oil and gas is smoke and mirrors
Nigeria is a scam.
Gary takes money from lenders at share holders expense and lines his and his family's pockets with the proceeds.
Every single development over the last 3 years has ended up exactly the same way. With nothing.
Can't wait to see those Q2 filings here stoutly, that 8m (lol) from the Nigerian prince will no doubt be logged right bugernose? Can't wait to see that.
Good article.
Expresses some of my concerns regarding EVS people following the protocol
In fact, its my understanding some hospitals forego the RFID stuff & monitoring
Great points about why HOCL isnt the preferred choice of disinfectant.
One thing I may have missed but was there any discussion regarding UV?
Besides the mountain of obstacles facing HOCL, ie dwell time, storage, legacy issues etc is UV somehow, at some point, becoming the rising superstar. In fact, some hospitals have purchased UV in lieu of HOCL because they were granted capital to do so. Hard to compete with that
This is why PCT needs a real pro, connected within the industry and politically
Then this company may have something if they havent already blown the opportunity
Thank you for positive PCTL commentary and DD. Appreciated.
I hope to have CEO Grieco's drive when I am his age. He rocks.
GL all shareholders!
Science has clearly proven HOCl to be highly effective.
Here is a pretty comprehensive recent article that makes a pretty good case for why HOCl should be considered for hospital use
https://www.hfmmagazine.com/articles/4458-exploring-the-use-of-hypochlorous-acid-for-disinfection
Please post the source of the 20 minute "soaking" time.
I've seen 10 min contact time for C-Diff but never 20.
TIA
BTW
Nobody believes that HOCL is useless, regardless of the producer. Might want to give that line of complete shit some rest. Just makes the balance of post content suspiciously shit, as well. IMO
Link to PCT's EPA APRROVED LABEL:
https://www3.epa.gov/pesticides/chem_search/ppls/092108-00001-20200331.pdf
All anyone one needs to do is read the Product Label;
To [Clean and] Disinfect [and Deodorize] Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: For visibly soiled areas, a preliminary
cleaning is required. Apply [Wipe, Spray or Dip] Excelyte® VET at 500 ppm FAC to hard, non-porous surfaces
with a cloth, wipe, mop or sponge. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.
Also from the EPA approved label;
Testing is going better then hoped for, the future is very bright for PCTL
The “20 minute soaking time” of this scam’s pool water makes it pretty much useless. It’s short shelf life makes it so that anyone that knows this would never buy this crap.
I agree that a little more guidance on the stability of Hydrolyte would be welcome. On the other hand I understand that the stability is totally dependent on environmental conditions. That is why PCTL recommends testing your own product.
From what i gather, a sealed bottle stored in a cool place is probably still active (but not a peak potency) up to 6 months. Opened bottles should be used within 30 days.
I’ve seen better explanations of stability from the Pathisol website than the US website.
Note, Ace said that the 600ppm was LESS stable. It is also a reasonable assumption that the loss of activity is not linear over time, but rather some logarithmic decline. So 600ppm probably becomes 500ppm more quickly than 500ppm becomes 400ppm etc. In other words there is likely diminishing returns for creating stronger solutions. Why the UK went for 600 and the PCTL for 500, I don’t know.
Note, there are other manufacturers out there that sell products with half the concentration and many studies have shown effectiveness in particular applications below 100ppm.
Time is a big factor in effectiveness. Something soaking in a low concentration may be very effective. On the other hand misting requires a higher concentration to make sure reactions can take place before evaporation and breakdown of the HOCl.
re: Grieco
I don't understand the content of your last post. You've been one of the Board's strongest defenders of Grieco and now this puzzling post???
I have long felt that his presence greatly hinders the credibility of pctl in The Market's eyes, so your mention of his possible retirement is very welcome news indeed.
What's led you to change your views?
Gary G has been blowing smoke up shareholders' butt on many fronts for quite sometime now.Even the IR has no informations about several issues... It has been said(latest talk) Gary is looking to ritire very soon.
Our products (equipment) and solutions (Hydrolyte® and Catholyte Free®) are designed to take an environmentally conscious approach to combat the spread of infectious disease in the healthcare and Cleaning/Sanitation industries, as well as contributing to the sustainability of global natural resources in the agriculture markets.
Our technology produces an effective pre-determined PPM Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily changing the makeup of water, bypassing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell, and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent, exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Many billions of dollars a year are spent by individuals, organizations, and the health care system to treat people who get infectious diseases caused by microbes including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. With the advent of adaptive and ever more dangerous microorganisms called “superbugs”, the danger of acquiring life-threatening infections is real and growing. This danger affects everyone anytime they are in space where people gather, any microbe contaminating that space is a possible source of infection. With American’s spending 20 or more hours a day indoors, much of it in spaces that are not cleaned and sanitized/ disinfected properly, the threat of infection is constant, growing, and dangerous, particularly to our vulnerable populations of the very young, elderly and infirm.
Infectious diseases were associated with an economic burden of over $120 billion in the U.S. in 2014. Antibiotic-resistant infections cost Americans $20 billion in direct medical costs and $35 billion in lost productivity in 2014. A particularly acute problem is Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) which are increasingly hard to kill or treat effectively. As a result, doctors struggle to contain, fight and cure increasingly antibiotic-resistant infections such as MRSA, and C. Diff. The more antibiotics, medicines, pesticides and disinfectants are used to kill them, the quicker the microorganisms adapt, becoming ever stronger and more drug-resistant. Researchers estimate that, if the U.S. could reduce the number of hospital-acquired infections by 20%, healthcare providers would save nearly $7 billion per year. Insurance companies are beginning to deny coverage for treatment of HAIs, forcing hospitals to self-insure. This will create an immense financial and risk-management burden on hospitals, long-term medical, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities.
Overcoming the problem of microbial contamination and infectious disease can be straightforward. It requires proper products, equipment, protocols, education, and training for comprehensive and reliable cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting solutions.PCT Corp. offers these with its comprehensive “Green Cleaning” and Infection Control Systems. Infectious microbes cannot develop resistance to the cleaning and sanitizing products PCT Corp. uses and they are much less toxic to humans or pets than traditional agents such as bleach and ammonia.
The products are used through a commercially-ready, patented, integrated product and technology solution for total facility cleaning and sanitizing. This system and solution, The PCT Annihilyzer® Infection Control System, was specifically designed for use in hospitals, assisted living and nursing homes, and other large facilities. In various configurations, the solution system can be deployed in urgent care centers, medical, dental, and veterinary practices, and other health care facilities. A complete and custom turn-key cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection program solution can be provided to each facility. It is also adaptable to deployment in schools, prisons, hotels, and many other facilities.
PCT has launched a major marketing and sales effort in the hospital facilities market and The PCT Annihilyzer® System has now been deployed in several hospitals in the eastern U.S.
Nano-Catholyte treated oil on its way to an oil refinery
Hospital-acquired infections (HAI) — also known as a nosocomial infection — is an infection that is contracted from the environment or staff of a healthcare facility. It can be spread in the hospital environment, nursing home environment, rehabilitation facility, clinic, or other clinical settings. In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated roughly 1.7 million hospital-associated infections, from all types of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi combined, cause or contribute to 99,000 deaths each year.
Our goal is to provide solutions to this issue, by outfitting a healthcare setting with the technology and guidance needed to effectively get the job done - all through a dedicated partnership to prevent and eradicate the spread of infectious disease.
Oil and Gas:
Waste Water Treatment
Our system helps to decontaminate “frac” water for reuse in the fracking process, saving the industry millions of dollars and preserving the world’s water supply. Some of the many benefits of our system/process include: Elimination of highly toxic chemicals currently used for decontamination, reduced negative environmental impact, reduced recovery costs and potentially opening new areas for oil and gas retrieval.
Turning “Sour” Crude Oil to “Sweet”
In other areas in the gas and oil industry that presents a challenge is in treating existing wells for the presence of H2S of hydrogen sulfide. H2S is a large and growing problem in the industry, due to its continued introduction of bacteria in the fracking process. H2S causes increased production costs. Our solutions reduce those costs and reduce the environmental impact.
Agriculture:
In the agriculture world, through USDA grants and multiple studies by universities around the world, Hypochlorous acid solutions have been tested and proven effective against yield-reducing crop pathogens in post-harvest applications to include sanitizing at point of harvest, point of packing and points of sale.
We are hoping to help stop these crop-devastating pathogens with our hypochlorous solutions that are known to be environmentally responsible and designed to improve and maintain crop yields, to produce a healthier overall harvest.
School Systems:
Dedicated to the success of students, schools are faced with a multitude of challenges to reach their goal of providing a solid education and an environment for healthy growth. To add to the list of responsibilities of school administrators, the battle of keeping absenteeism down, preventing the spread of infectious disease and keeping a clean environment bears a heavy load. Not only are the traditional cleaning products losing their effectiveness - thus allowing drug/antimicrobial resistant pathogens to wreak havoc - they are also polluting the indoor air with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are known to cause respiratory-related issues, headaches and other ailments.
By providing daycare facilities, school systems and universities with a better alternative to poisonous, caustic chemical cleaning/antimicrobial agents, we’re providing a more productive environment. Not only are you killing germs with a product that eradicates them completely - keeping them from becoming resistant - you’re doing so with a product that doesn’t cause harm to the user, students or faculty.
Hotel and Tourism:
Similar to the healthcare environment, the hotel and tourism industry (i.e resorts, airports, cruise ships, etc.) are subject to communicable diseases. In the healthcare market, they are referred to as Hospital-Acquired Infections/Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) and in the hotel and tourism industry, they are known as Community-Acquired Infections. With as many different people traveling through these areas, from all sorts of countries and carrying various types of ailments or pathogens with them, consider the potential for an uncontrollable spread of these germs.
Outbreaks are typically caused by lack of proper processes and/or a failing product. Our ECA technology is designed to help anyone in the industry to get a grip on the issue and succeed at their main goal: providing an awesome experience for their guests.
Food Service/Production:
Our sanitizer strength solution meets the requirement of the FDA and USDA, to be a non-rinse sanitizing agent. In the world of dealing with food, why not use a product that actually kills food-borne pathogens - without containing any toxic chemicals that would harm the quality of the product?
Whether you’re dealing with meat, poultry or just need to maintain a facility’s defense against Salmonella/E. coli, contact us about using our solutions
Forget harsh, toxic chemicals. Our process only requires salt, water and electricity to produce two products –a chlorine-based antimicrobial agent and an excellent degreasing cleaner.
Our technology produces an effective variable PPM hypochlorous acid solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily modifying the properties of water, by passing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Catholyte or sodium hydroxide, is an aqueous solution that is the natural byproduct of the electrolysis process, and is used to reduce microbe contamination and soil loads that can harbor germs on hard surfaces.
Catholyte is also a very effective degreaser and is a great option to safely clean floors without hazardous fumes, thus improving indoor air quality.
