Please post the source of the 20 minute "soaking" time.
I've seen 10 min contact time for C-Diff but never 20.

TIA

BTW
Nobody believes that HOCL is useless, regardless of the producer. Might want to give that line of complete shit some rest. Just makes the balance of post content suspiciously shit, as well. IMO

Link to PCT's EPA APRROVED LABEL:
https://www3.epa.gov/pesticides/chem_search/ppls/092108-00001-20200331.pdf

All anyone one needs to do is read the Product Label;
To [Clean and] Disinfect [and Deodorize] Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: For visibly soiled areas, a preliminary
cleaning is required. Apply [Wipe, Spray or Dip] Excelyte® VET at 500 ppm FAC to hard, non-porous surfaces
with a cloth, wipe, mop or sponge. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.

Also from the EPA approved label;

[For] Killing Clostridium difficile [spore]: Clean hard, non-porous surfaces by removing gross filth [loose dirt,
debris, blood/bodily fluids, etc.]. Apply [Excelyte® VET] [this product] and let stand for 10 minutes.

You said;

The “20 minute soaking time” of this scam’s pool water makes it pretty much useless. That is a 100% exaggeration.

One more thing,
30 day self life is specified, after that, test and Dilute as necessary for FAC.

IMO best to adhere to the verifiable facts.
Missing; 20 minutes, Soaking,
