After RM woundup with 1,156 shares.
Were the restriction ever removed from the rm with Jupiter Global?
No clue - I still have my shares but I am sure Dallas would know. I hope Rufus is in jail...

Is there any Clss Action suit against these guys?
Whats up Dallas - Kentuckybull here. It has been so long I forgot my password and signed up with a new name.
As I said since the day me and hemmi had lunch with old Rufus just out side Atlanta long ago that we could all piss our money good bye... We were all scammed big time and I new it that day so you might as well flush them right down youir crapper...

nope...have them in a 99 cent picture frame hangin over the toilet just in case I need them
Dallas,
Thanks a bunch. Did you get rid of yours?
contact your broker....they may be able to dump the stock as a total loss for you. don't know the cost, but I think all major brokerages handle that process. Here is a great article that will give you some good pointers on what you need to do.

Hello Dallas,
How can I get PAVC out of my account?
I would say Jan is trying a new scam as he is the only employee, and he is continuing in the same business he failed at prior to the merger.
considering their domain registration has already expired...see http://www.scimedenthealth.com/ I would stay far, far away from this guy and anything he is involved with.
some basic DD shows he is trying to sell anything from oxygen tablets for your drain/toilet/pond to biologically clean them, to products for removal of calluses on your feet, to products that relieve pain from certain diabetic complications.
I wonder if he will be selling a remake of Stanley's Snake Oil Liniment or Hamlin's Wizard Oil in the comming months.

Does this seem like Deja Vu to anyone? I am guessing that they are looking for a fresh batch of bagholders.
Why is PAVC now Pennine Vct'c'? It is strange that this stock Paivis (PAVC) is still showing up in trading accounts as though it is still viable.
go PAVC!!!! to da moon! lol
Frame dem and hang dem on da wall

I tried a lot of different ways to search for it too, with no success. The link near the bottom of the DD section takes you to the SOS for Nevada. The business numbers should follow from there. However, these numbers are not coming up in the search from the Clark County Court drop-down selection for Party>Company Name>Other Entity Number. It was a wild goose chase...........much like PAVC over the last five years.
just out of interest.... i tried entering that case # 7367334 and nothing comes up on the search page for clark county courts.
Did I enter somthing incorrectly.
i was hoping to see some of the Paivis Sheisters as defendants.

Hey penny...yeha...we sure wasted a ton of time on this POS. and after hundreds of complaints to the SEC, still NADA. They don't care...our government doing nothing to help the average investor.
Hi Dallas! Thought to check in after the great news on delisting and the "gone missing" status on Paivis. So much time and effort chasing certs and setting up accounts blah blah. I'm writing this crap off and Timmy Geitner and friends can bite my ass!! Stay well. Penny
hahahahaha....yeah...I just finished up my taxes...amazing how the IRS hangs it in yur azzz on gains vs losses.
Dallas66,
Thanks for your advice. I agree it is difficult. It is also interesting that you get to pay taxes to convert to Roth IRA but they won't allow you to write off losses in the conversion.
i know the stock is worth less but does the company even do bussness any more
I really don't know how it works within an IRA, but I would suspect since it's a retirement account, you wouldn't/couldn't benifit from it until you are eligible to withdraw funds from it. I would guess at that time, you would be able to declare it as a loss on your taxes.....personally, I would call your brokerage and have a list of written questions to ask them. Much easier to go from a list because one tends to get a bit off track when talking to those people about money....at least thats my experience with TDAmeritrade.
Has anyone with a Fidelity account written off this stock? If so, how did you do it? I was told that since the stock is in my IRA that I am stuck until Paivis declares the stock worthless. Then, I still can't write off the loss. Does this sound right?
Vic, Pavis is a dead in the water stock. They scammed us from years back. I kept in contact with management for years, and was lied to repeatedly by them. Same thing happened to trackgirl. I kept in contact with her for a very long time as she also communicated with management over the years. we compared the lies they told us....we both were very positive and upbeat on this until the lies couldn't be covered by them any longer.
She chose to move away from the pinkies and put her money in "real" companies. I know she holds a useless cert for close to 100k shares. That was in the area of 100 mil shares back in the JPHC daze.
Amazing how many PAIVIS pushers on ihub that haven't posted in over a year. A team of people come here, pump and dump. Trackgirl was a total scammer.
Yeah 2010 write off.
1-800-BIG-SCAM
Shes a write off big time!
The thieves are off to the next shell
pump and dump.
churn & burn
Is there still a number to contact PAVC. Has anyone been in contact with them in the last few months.
Tax Write off*** This is what i am about to do with this SCAM - I did loose but did not cost me much - Wise people say never fallen love with any stocks ;) good luck all
Searching for the company name on yahoo finance came up with this :
ZS5A.BE
and is trading at about .29 a share, I doubt it's this stock but that's all I can find. Of course before being delisted , my brokerage account was showing a price close to that...
Does this company exist anymore?
Have resticted certs.
Thanks.
only after they have bought the BHUB shell
EDIT .....and the PAIM(?) shell
smile
The pink sheet market is a racket-a-teer's haven. The only way to stop it is for thousands of people to band to gether, raise tons of cash, and find a champion in the gov. Other than that justice is rare to find and believe me, the racket-a-teers know that.
I'm all for going after the scammers behind Spng, Wrgl, and gvbp,
all P&Ders that I dropped a bundle on each. I'd love to go after these sob's. any others interested? For this one, I only looked
because someone said it was a great example of (i heard it awhile ago) a short sqeeze i think. some people must have made out well on this besides the malaka (MFer) behind it all.
Thanks - maybe I will wait (I guess it depends if I need the losses)!
I usually wait 1 year when something stops trading to write it off on taxes.
But in this case, you might write it off, and if it DOES trade at a future date, then go back and re-edit that years taxes.
I would suggest doing a google search on writing off dead stocks.
Help! I bought this scam back in 2006 or 2007, and I requested and received the stock certificate in September of 2007. I want to write this off as a loss, but I am not sure of the date these shares became worthless. I believe it no longer trades and this occurred sometime this year. So my questions are:
1. What is the date this stock became worthless?
2. I assume I can simply rip up the certificate and that will be sufficient or do I need to send it to my broker and have him sell the shares for 0 (but I do not believe this is required, especially if the stock does not trade anymore (i.e., it would not be possible to sell))
Thanks a lot for any info anyone can provide!
exactly. turn the page learn the lesson and move on.
Most Pink sheets are scams
exactly
there is no need of these markets........ they are just pump and dump forums.
They are worth something right now.....
....A tax write-off........
so is it possible for something to happen in the future with this? Can someone come along and buy this shell, and make our shares worth something again?
Very Interesting! I've heard of this ticker and now I see it's dead. Glad I never bought any of this sheeeeeite.

TRUSTCASH
ABOUT TRUSTCASH
Trustcash Holdings, Inc. (TCHH-OTCBB) was founded in 2003 developing a technology platform focused on selling stored value cards that can be used by consumers to make secure and anonymous purchases on the Internet without disclosing their credit card or personal information. In 2004 and 2005, THCC established a distribution system for its cards primarily through retail outlets, and began initiating activities to contract websites for the use of its cards. In 2006, the Company began to integrate its technology with numerous websites, initially in adult entertainment industries. It also upgraded its technology platform to allow the purchase of 'virtual' cards through its own website www.trustcash.com or any of its content partner websites.
The Company has since established itself as the leader in this new payment processing concept by establishing relationships with over 1000 web site partners, as well as thousands of retail outlets. Its proprietary technology and processing system can support a high volume of transactions while insuring that privacy and security to the consumer is maintained. Its appeal is expanding beyond the adult industry to a growing market of mainstream internet consumers concerned about privacy and security.
Stored value cards are one of the most dynamic and fastest growing products in the financial industry. More than 20 million users in 2006 are expected to double to 49 million users by 2008, creating over $72 billion in transactions. Experts put this industry in the introductory or early growth stage of the life cycle. (Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 2006).
When a consumer purchases a Trustcash card, they receive a unique 12 digit anonymous access code and are able to use it as a payment option (just like a credit card). Purchases are deducted from the remaining card balance, which can be used for as long as card value remains. Trustcash reimburses the web site partner for the purchases made with the card, less a processing fee.
Trustcash LLC became Trustcash Holdings, Inc. in April, 2007 as the result of a merger, and is expanding its Trustcash brand and payment concept to a range of new markets and distribution systems.
