PABK is smells like a winner

I actually came across PABK at the end of November. Actually around 11/22/2013 is when I picked up a couple thousand shares at around $0.015/share. The asking price consistently jumps from $0.02 up to over $1+ a share. I don't mind holding onto this stock being that it's so cheap, however, I would also like to get people's input on this stock.

The firm set a “buy” rating and a $7.00 price target on the stock. Deutsche Bank’s price target would indicate a potential upside of 7000% from the company’s current price.

The analysts wrote, “Park Avenue Bankshares is a bank holding company that will be acquiring several community banks in the Southeast over the next 2 years.These banks will serve as the holding company's primarily assets and will primary loan to service providers and enterprises. A lot of people thought this company was dead because their primary asset (the bank) went into receivership and was sold by the FDIC.

Companies like PAB Bankshares, Dearborn Bancorp and Cowlitz Bancorporation are all holding companies that lost their primary assets which happen to be banks.
