the bowser report was max's later publishing venture that he continued until the day he died. his family sold the news letter a few years after his death at age 96. what i was involved with was max's ''school of penny stock economics'' which preceded his letter. anyone that subscribed to the news letter got most if not all the penny stock knowledge. max never delt in sub penny stocks or pinks. i got caught up in his school in the late 70s, after max bowser retired from the air force as a lt.colonel. it was not until the dot com era that i applied everything that i learned from max... to true ''penny'' or less priced stocks. max stuck to penny's not of the 'pink' variety. the text books on the market at the time were required reading along with his most valuable knowledge, skills and abilities. i was sad at his demise in early 2012.

Well, IMHO, the deduction is if they are attempting to get reinstated there is a reason.

Guessing the reason would be a new prospect/contract/project that Raj has cobbled together

The reinstatement aspect is driven from the company, so we know that can’t be an attempt at a pump and dump

What happens after that, is open to market forces

That 5M share BID yesterday certainly caught my attention

max bowser school of business and finance in penny stocks taught me to buy cheap when it doubles sell half and ride the free shares to wherever they take you. discipline is important.

Where do I go with this!
I've cost so many investors to lose thousands and thousandsof dollars on Raj's
Solar venture.
So what ! Did I finely throw the towel in!
After this disaster can Raj possibly offer all his old investors and supporters an opportunity to look forward, and again join him, and support him in another business venture.
At least I'm leaving an open mind, as the events play out.
