Well, IMHO, the deduction is if they are attempting to get reinstated there is a reason.

Guessing the reason would be a new prospect/contract/project that Raj has cobbled together

The reinstatement aspect is driven from the company, so we know that can’t be an attempt at a pump and dump

What happens after that, is open to market forces

That 5M share BID yesterday certainly caught my attention
