Here are some of my thoughts about the dilution that’s going on with ETIM.
The company needs money and the only way they can get it right now is by giving shares to someone in order to have money to get the deals rolling.

Many here have questioned why the lender would be selling the shares now instead of waiting for a larger payoff when/if the share price goes up.

Put yourself in the position of the lender. They are out X amount of dollars as soon as they give the money to ETIM. I’m sure they would like to make a killing on the stock but there priority is to get the money back that they loaned out, right?

Before they lent the money to ETIM I would imagine that they required information from the company about ongoing deals and future deals, if there are any.

Maybe they aren’t as confident as many here are so they have been selling the shares for whatever price they can get in order to get the money back that they originally loaned out.

If ETIM continues to need money and continues to borrow and give shares to the lender, this could be an ongoing dilemma.

I hope this post doesn’t get deleted because I think it’s something that should be discussed.

I welcome replies that contradict what I am saying because I will be the first to admit that I could be wrong…..or I could be right

Truth out for CBAY(E). lol to the delayed 10Q, the numbers proved why Pawson wanted it be delayed as long as possible. He lied and screwed another shareholder base. I hope hypers over there can be quiet now.

It is also very funny to see those hypers excuse for some negative findings. Just like when a poster mentioned how Roger Pawson is associated with GWDB (as we all know, GWDB is known to tons of RSs and destroyed many shareholder bases). The hypers would said it is a different Pawson and said they looked up in the phonebooks that there are many Roger Pawson that held businesses in the country. lol. A simple call to their IR can confirm it but why don't they do it? because they know it will waste their time since they already know they are the same Pawson but want to hide it.

Yea lassie when the obvious happens and the stock sinked hard. Those hypers will claim that they are buying very cheap shares instead of worrying about the hardened losses. On cbay, they keep telling everyone to buy and average out since the .19 to now .04s? How much can you actually average out? That is definitely not the way to trade a stock, to keep averaging out.

They won't address any negatives from the management but blaming shorts, mms, and weak hands selling plus positive excuses like "accumulation going on, they need to push further just to buy more".

When a company sank from .90-.04 in a few months, you know there is something which the management did was wrong.

I have provided the board with many facts that happened, can be proven from their IR, PR, and filings yet all ignored. And PPS went according to the direction I instructed the board members from .19-.04 since I went on their board instead of hypers giving killer dollar targets when a stock couldn't hold in the nickels.

I was banned from "posting on their losses". Yet nothing happened to them when they have repeatedly insulted me, threatened me, and name callings. I can bring up a dozen of those posts. The mod on that board is a holder, he constantly deletes any posts that contains negative sentiments or do not praise CBAY.

LOL. PYPR, the stock whose board banned me, is tanking hard. And all the bagholders yesterday were bragging about their cheap shares at .0038.

Here is the list of good facts provided on CBAY,plus I can add on to the list now.

- IR promised 10Q out before E added and they failed to deliver
- CEO through a public PR a week before 10Q is due that it will be out the next week
- SEC is looking into company on acquisition AUDITS, "how can any company forget the important rule of accompany 8ks on acquisition events unless they have nobrain"
- Another missed schedule on the promise of 8k last week.
- OS increased to over 115m, another what 30m in less than a month, 22m-115m in around 3 months

* - PR~s containing weasel talk (Read their financial statements and fluff PRs, always inflated property values upong acquisition and contract numbers)

im sorry i wasnt banned on a board. and like you i do like to hear pro's and con's of my gamble. but the board that i come from, doesnt have an extensive list of bans..only 2 people. we let a lot of people slide and provide negative criticism as long as its backed up with evidence and proof. how can you prove a company is a SCAM if you cant prove that youre not a SCAM. i dont know seems a bit odd dont you?


PS.: i dont like the ignore, i like to read the cons as much as the pros, but sometimes people piss me off.

I will reiterate why I started this board.

I am a gambler who likes to hear the pros and cons about companies that I take a gamble on.

There are more and more boards on IHUB that seem to not allow dissenting views on stocks.

I may agree that some people bash to the point of ridiculousness and if that’s the case I put them on ignore. I do the same with people who tout to the point of ridiculousness.

I like to have the choice in my hands and not what someone else chooses for me not to see.

I asked why. He said he didn't know the exact reason....sounded more like he couldn't tell me. Anyways he said it was a "business decision to protect the company and their client's interest.

They be sooo short, and sooooo screwed imo.

Glad i bought a few more chunks yesterday at 0032,35,36. Guess that's it for me unless i want to open another account somewhere else. Hope none of you amtd flippers got caught on the outside. It probably won't feel great to watch a stock go up that you can't buy.

I'm on the PYPR board and I don't mind criticism on the stock as long as it's constructive. Yours was baseless and added no value. Take dlewisfl, for example. He participates with disbelieving, yet informational and backed-up posts.. which is fine.

It happens, sky. PYPR doesn't want to hear unhappy talk either. Which is OK, but it will now prompt some serious research. And there are lots of venues in which to publish it.

CBAY board welcomes every new member that does not praises CBAY with extreme bias. They will bash anyone away and refuses to listen to the other side of the story. Even worse, now some longs that used to praise CBAY followed some of my past findings and changed their sentiment towards CBAY and they got bashed also.

If anyone review the board, you will find they use personal attacks, insults, threads, and extreme name callings for anyone there with negative sentiments.

Also, they will make false accusations that any new member with negative sentiment is skytrades but any mod can check that those should be much different IPs than mine through a traceroute.

Maybe (paid) hypers won't their keep claiming $.50 by end of the year, $1 when 10Q is out, $3-$5 by end of 2007. They hyped last week how it will skyrocket when 8k filed which did not. Then those hypers will ask people to wait and it will be much higher on next item 10Q, but when that does not prove to help PPS, they will target it will by $3 by end of 2007 when revenues kick in and such, just make ppl buy and wait while PPS continues to sink. I was there and warned ppl from $.19 to now .04 and they still bashed me when I called everything right.
