The amount of news, deals, contracts, etc. in the past few months is amazing, to say the least!

Steve B. WOULD NOT put his name, co., reputation, on the line...I don't care OTC, ABC, DEF, GHI....whatever you want to claim is YOUR theory towards the stock market!?

We have various staff involved with ONCI/HEX., NOT JUST STEVE, as well to consider.

I think SO MUCH is going on that Steve makes announcements that seem to follow in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. Which confuses most people.

I do believe that Steve gets very excited (understandably) over the accomplishments, and just posts news/pr at time he feels.

Some interpret this as "all over the place", I DON'T!...I look at it as moving fast, excitement, and positive forward motion/movements with a BUSINESS.

This is my opinion, and for reasons of DD, I will remain LONG!

Vol. is UP , and people are watching this stock very closely!!

We could be in deep doo doo (scientific term) until maybe next Friday when, I dont know what fins, come out. The quarter/annual ending 10/31/17 report would come out in December, like last year. If it comes out next week, then what is the point of a 1/31/18 report? Is just the supposed audit (the fake letter) all that is supposed to come out in January?

It's a shame all of this finger pointing at the CEO When even I can see it is not him to blame. Am I happy at present, no, am I selling, no, why? I see no trace of scam in SB's past but I do see success and leopards do not change their spots. What I see is this situation hinges on the Name change, no one is dealing with ONCI, including SB, they are waiting on the name change. When it comes, CO move can be made, contracts will be signed, agreements made, shipments sent and PR announcements made! And yes there are other things at work here also, clearing any final debt before the change as announced, possible financing for other arms (MMJ). Until then, this is what we have for a while longer. We are very close to the name change now, in my opinion, the dark before the dawn. Me, I'm waiting for the bottom, then I'll jump in and average way down.
SB made one promise in his last tweets, I plan on being here to see him keep it.

Possible .30 pennies in 6 months with $50m Rev's and 2019 .50-.75 cents $100m rev's and that is showing restrain. Of course MM need to make money and could pump artificially like OWCP to $2.67 in three week's, it goes down and up just as fast.

Chart's .004 retest prognosis seems coming to pass.

Concrete developments could scuttle that, but .0035 - .004 seems likely.

Maybe we were looking at different charts.
