The amount of news, deals, contracts, etc. in the past few months is amazing, to say the least!

Steve B. WOULD NOT put his name, co., reputation, on the line...I don't care OTC, ABC, DEF, GHI....whatever you want to claim is YOUR theory towards the stock market!?

We have various staff involved with ONCI/HEX., NOT JUST STEVE, as well to consider.

I think SO MUCH is going on that Steve makes announcements that seem to follow in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. Which confuses most people.

I do believe that Steve gets very excited (understandably) over the accomplishments, and just posts news/pr at time he feels.

Some interpret this as "all over the place", I DON'T!...I look at it as moving fast, excitement, and positive forward motion/movements with a BUSINESS.

This is my opinion, and for reasons of DD, I will remain LONG!

Vol. is UP , and people are watching this stock very closely!!
