Not sure if you are still following the company. Just like to here somebody's opinion, other than somebody who frequents the XKEM board.

No, a reverse split only afftects the outstanding shares not the authorized. Indeed, one of the very reasons that a company executes a reverse split is because the O/S is approaching the A/S.

Your iBox is incorrect. If the authorized for TQWI/DVFA was two billion on Friday afternoon, it'll be two billion on Monday morning. A reverse split does not in and of itself affect the number of authorized shares.
