WEL Boots & Coots Well Fire and Emergency response. This company went through some bad times in the '90s. They seem to be getting back on their feet, but the stock has been beaten down to about .15/share. Lots of volume coming on now. I bought shares as a "call" on destruction of oil wells if things get ugly in the mid-east.
